Tom O’Connor and master mechanic John were given the task of giving new life to a classic 1991 190E within a very short deadline - our son’s upcoming wedding. They did an incredible job and that car was driven away from the church by my son and his bride. They were great in communicating each step of the repairs and performed the work within the estimate. I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!

GREAT VALUE - Bought the C300 4Matic Sport 4 years ago with 55k miles for my wife. Highly optioned with full leather, NAV, panorama roof, illuminated door sills, AMG wheels, blind spot indicator - nearly every option that the dealer did not know how to price! Very reliable and fun to drive on curvy roads. Only repairs are new battery and one tire pressure monitor. We follow the service guideline that the MB dealers suggest but usually at an independent ASE certified repair shop that works on German cars. Third Mercedes (all used) and one new 5-series that was highly unreliable - thankfully under warrant!

I just bought this car used in November 2022. Let me say it again, this car is super fun to drive. The 2013 and 2014 C300 were slightly different in horsepower from the 2008 - 2012 models. The 2013 and 2014 were the last naturally aspirated V-6 Mercedes will probably ever make. They came with 249 or almost 250 horses. The 2008 - 2012 models came with 228 horses. This car drives so smoothly, the steering is so playful and light, and when you put it in sport mode, this thing turns into a little beast. It flies through bends and corners and rides on rails. If you drive it aggressively, you can never get enough of this car. And, the exhaust growls too. I was so lucky to get the 2014 model with the darkened wheels with tires bulging out of the fenders. Those can be harder to find. I was so lucky to find one. What I paid was comparable to the prices on Cars.com. It is a remarkable car that feels luxurious but then can get very aggressive slightly beyond your imagination. And, after my research, they had very little problems. They were super reliable. This was the first car i had driven in the modern age with no NHTSA recall. That blew my mind away because almost all the manufacturers now have one NHTSA ding or the other. Mine was black on black with dark wheels (C300 Sport) bulging out of the fenders. Really aggressive looking beautiful car. I love it. I would get the version that says Sport.

Purchased a used 2011 Santa Fe from Gary Jackson Motors and had a great experience. My salesman, Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I saw the vehicle online, noted the good deal and drove over an hour to test drive. Any concerns with the vehicle mechanically were addressed prior to my returning to pick up the vehicle. Jordan made the sales paper work easy and the registration was processed by the staff as well. Super easy transaction.

This is our first high performance German engineered car and we're really impressed. All the bells and whistles. Since we no longer commute to work were not worried about having to fill it with premium. :)

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from MB Springfield and had a good experience. After doing some research we were able to find the exact match I was looking for. After some time, dealing with the other dealer, I was able to get my new Coupe. Dave went through everything on the vehicle and helped setup my preferences. The finance department was wonderful and did not try to push extra or additional products. They went over my options and explained everything. In the long run I used my credit union because the interest rate was lower than their best interest rates; the process was smooth and accomplished in 15 minutes or so! Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend.

Went in to look at a fee vehicles i saw online. Worked with Brendan , who was fantastic! I normally hate the car buiying experience , but Bredan made it simple and easy. No tricks or upselling, just a good overall salesman that was truely interested in making sure the experience was great! The finance team was also great, they were able to find me better financing than i walked in with. Again, no pressure or pushy tactics. On and i have to mention that i got TWO KEYS to the car!! (if you know you know)! Plan to go back again in about 6 months to purchase a car for my wife!

Great driving comfort,loaded with features. Safety is definitely a priority with the MB engineering . I have leased a total of 4 Mercedes and totally satisfied with every single one.

When we went to the dealership we knew what we wanted and what we didn't want and Rocco was patient, answered all of questions and let us make our own decision.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.
