This was my first visit to the Mercedes-Benz of Orlando location and it will certainly not be the last. Previously I’d been going to the location at the Millenia Mall due to it being closet to my home but the service there was always a nightmare. My experience here thankfully though was nothing short of amazing. My advisor, Marcus, was consistent with every stage of communication and execution. Meraliz was also very diligent in getting me a loaner vehicle while I awaiting the completion of my vehicle. I appreciate the attention to detail, professionalism, and prioritization.

Took my car in for overnight service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. In particular my overnight advisor Adam, who provided excellent service and advice. He made sure I felt comfortable asking about anything and throughly explained every issue, made the process easy and seamless.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Absolutely love it, loaded with features including self parking. Sports car with different drive modes and yet luxury comfortable. So far not a single issue, very reliable. Highly recommend.

Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

I went to Classic Honda to trade in my car that was causing some issues with the tires. I was able to get in right away to trade me car in. I was assisted by Dan Nguyen. I already knew what car I wanted, and he was able to accommodate me with getting my car quick and swiftly. Usually, the process would take me half the day (4 hours or more). I came in at 10am and I was done by 11:30am which made it all the better. Also, Abdony Vitalus in the finance department is always pleasant and professional making sure all my paperwork is in order and completed quickly. I have a bit over 100K miles now on my C300, had a few repairs, but overall, a comfortable and fine car for driving around town and travel.
