Exceptional service from start to finish. We made an online inquiry about a 2018 Forester and was contacted by Nick Clough who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for in regards to vehicle and price point. Nick went to work and found us the perfect car. When we came to the dealership for our test drive we were greeted at the door as if we were a returning customer. We were not bombarded with pushy sales people but were asked who our appointment salesperson was. It was a class act all the way around. Completing the financing was as simple as signing a few documents. Nick took care of most of the detail work before we ever came in. This was a nice touch and made our experience much more pleasurable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Nick Clough for all of your Subaru needs.

Very nice truck. What I was looking for at a price I could Afford. Very nice design and loaded with features that I wanted in my next vehicle.
I am pleasantly surprised at how the car buying process has changed over the years. It's a much less painful process. Sure, it still takes hours, but it feels more like a buyer's market than the high pressure sales tactics of the past. Both sales and finance were friendly and easy to work with. I also like the fact they have Mike the "Tech Guy" go over all the bells and whistles.

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.
Bought my car last week and made an appt with mike to go through everything about the car with me. He is amazing. Took me through every detail and helped me set every up correctly. Everyone is so nice and helpful!!

The car drives great and has lots of safety features. Gets good gas mileage. It has plenty of leg room. It has Bluetooth and I really love the audiometer that shows speed digitally.
My Salesperson, Kendra, could not have been more Courteous or Professional!! She is a great asset to the Dealearship!! She answered all of my questions promptly and accurately. I would definitely shop this dealership again and buy from Kendra!!

This car met our family needs. Gas mileage is very good for commuting and very supportive for passenger comfort. Wide doors for easy entry for physically impaired passengers, and loads of leg room. Although better than most, the thickness of the descending support for the right arm rest puts uncomfortable pressure on lateral knee bone. Must adjust seat to partially avoid.
I went prepared so it made the buying experience much easier. Having said that, Mike Cintron, Francis King and Carlos Otero were friendly and efficient. Mustn’t forget Mike Anglada, I made him an offer he couldn’t refuse. LOL Francis King even helped me to drive one of my tradeins as I drove the other one to Sanford. That was very nice of him!
Best Car I've owned. Ill only own Subarus now on.

This is the best car ive owned. The AWD in the snow is magic and the comfy design inside fits even my biggest friends. Great for camping or trips to the lake. Tons of fun being a stick too.
The sales representative was very good; there was no pressure to buy and gave me the time I needed to decide. The sales manager, of course, was a little pushy, but I felt comfortable shutting him down and worked with my sales rep. The only process was the exhausting amount of time it took for the credit application - not applying or getting approved - that took seconds. Then there was the long process of paperwork. But overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Usb ports, bluetooth, 2 places to add additional car chargers. I'm a big guy and at first it was a bit tight but as I kept driving it's easy to get used to.
Had a great experience at Volvo. The manager Ian went out of his way to accommodate us the vehicle was at the port and they kept us informed all along the way

This is the second S60 I have owned, previously having had a 2006 S60R. I traded in that vehicle for my current vehicle, an S60 R Design with the Polestar software upgrade. The current iteration of the “R”, although fast, with great brakes, is not a true sports sedan. The previous vehicle accelerated more quickly, tracked truer, and had a suspension more suited to a car billed as a “performance. ” model. Although my newer R-Design is quite fast, and handles quite well, it possesses an inherent “softness” which lowers the fun quotient a bit.
Sales experience was simply the best car buying experience I had ever had.

I use this for a service business. The only issue I have is that maybe they could make a more comfortable seat. I drive several hours sometimes could really use some extra comfort there. Other than that I could not be happier with this van. Handles great maneuvers great easy to drive.
Went out of their way to make sure I wasn't left stranded, and worked around my busy work schedule. They got me into a loaner vehicle without any prompt from myself.
Greatly appreciated and highly recommend.
It has the most features I've ever had.

Initially we were looking at the Range Rover Discovery and stumbled onto the Volvo XC60. As we compared the two we found the XC60 to have more technical, comfort and safety features. My husband is 6.6' and he says it's a much more comfortable ride for him than the Range Rover as well. We are very happy first time Volvo owners! Remembering a commercial slogan from our youth, " At Volvo we don't offer any rebates. Of course, when you build a good car you don't have to pay someone to buy it!"
Wally was excellent. Came back and purchased a 4x4 F150 for my Marine, son. Since 2011 I have purchased three F150's. Plus, I have sent some friends to Wally as well. No government bailouts, love it.
Worst vehicle ever

Just one year old. Battery died(YES everything was off). You cannot get the the door locks to unlock the back seat door(where my jump box is). Thought I would use a solar panel designed to keep batteries charged. Truck is run for 8 days then sits for 6. Guess what some "engineer" designed the truck so none of the aux power outlets work when the truck is turned off(great idea (sic)). The cruse control is a pain in the rear to operate(steering wheel controls are NOT user friendly). If you program a "My Key" you cannot modify without the master key. You do not teed it to program(STUPID). The hands free almost never works( voice comes on and says"you have an incoming call press 1 to answer" NOT hands free. Who designs a 4X4 truck with manual hubs in this day and age, but has an electric lock on the tailgate. I you want to use the front center cup holders with the center jump seat down, you have to remove the headrest from the center console then try to find someplace to store it, I recommend the trash. Took a rock in the windshield when the truck was 4 months old, The new windshield would not seal. After the company replaced twice, it was determined that the windshield opening was not the correct shape, it took tripling the sealant to get the windshield to seal. In the 70's I was a diehard Ford fan but now they are garbage. I would not recommend Ford to my worst enemy.
My sales associate Mr. Ryan Oliveira was exceptional, friendly, respectful, and fun to work with. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They are not pushy and give you space to feel secure about your intention. Mr. Ryan Oliveira is a definite asset to Volvo of Winter Park.

Between check engine lights and massive water leaks and worn out brakes at 20k miles this truck isn’t worth the hype. The made in China stamps I see on a lot of the interior parts confirm this thing is cheap. The dash board leather peeling off and did mention water leaks. Also still uses too much oil,factory says pistons and rings are no good oil light comes on.
They were straight forward about what they completed during the routine maintenance and didn't push unwanted services on me. They are a bit overpriced, but considering it's a deal that's to be expected. They do need to work on the pleasantries as some of the staff comes across as rushed and disinterested.

The car is stylish, comfortable, powerful, handles great, quiet, smooth, economical, comfortable, and up to date and is by far the best car I have ever owned.
Our salesman Jim for his calm/confidence/trust without pressuring us to buy during difficult time of having to buy another car due to our Volvo getting totaled. Jim was great in setting up things for our first Volvo and going overseas a few years ago. Tim the technician for his detail explanations on technology and his confidence/trust.
