This was my seventh Mercedes that I have purchased. While the automobile and the dealership are excellent, what I wanted to rave about is my salesman on this purchase, Martin Kockler. Martin is highly professional and very polite. He supplied me with timely information that I required to finalize the transaction. I do not like to be “ oversold “ . Martin’s approach was refreshing and I would definitely purchase a car from him in the future.

I went into the dealership on Saturday 1/14 looking to purchase a new 2023 E Class, as there are so few in inventory anywhere, I figured I would have to order one, and wait a couple months for it's arrival. I met with Naaman, a superb sales consultant, who took the time to hear exactly what I was looking for, and to work out a deal to purchase out my existing MB vehicle. To my luck, an E-Class was set to be delivered to the dealership with almost all of the options/colors/packages I was looking for. We figured the vehicle would be delivered within two weeks, as it had just arrived in port the day prior. To my luck, the vehicle was delivered the following Thursday, and with the professional and very friendly help and guidance of Finance Manager, Karen Williams, we finalized the deal in less than an hour and I was driving home. Overall, superb, friendly, professional service from Mercedes Benz of Clearwater. I have purchased/leased by two previous MB vehicles through a larger dealership in the area, however the personalized service offered here supersedes my past experience (not to say it was bad by any means...). Purchased New E450 in January, 2025. Salesman Vinnie Altonello was very accommodating and courteous. Process was rather complicated but handled well to our satisfaction. The finance portion of the sales process also handled very professionally.
