I contacted Fletcher Jones Imports from cars.com because they had the same make/model I was hoping to buy from another dealership in my state. Their price was much lower so I called the sales team and got set up with Mike Mondesi who handles their out-of-state sales. Mike was a joy to work with! He went out to the lot and got pictures of the vehicle for me and even put together a purchase order when he knew I was negotiating with another dealership. Back in early July 2024 I visited Findlay Henderson Nissan in search of a Nissan Rogue. My intial experience wasn't the best, however, a manager followed up, called me, listened to my issue, apologized for my experience and invited to returen to view more Rogues. When I returned, Stephanie and other staff were very understanding and accommodating. They compared and offered several financing options, and helped me find he right used Rogue for me. If the dealership had not read or taken my initial reivew serious they would have never called. I thank each person ho waited on me patiently. I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

This has been my 5th MB, and is one of my favorites to date. It is an E400 4-matic coupe. Looks great, and even though 6 years old, most people think it is new. performance is not track-worthy but perfect for touring and everyday driving. Has been bulletproof mechanically and i consistently get 22-24 mpg average with spirited driving. Having the old screen is cumbersome, but I'm sure they have fixed it with newer models.

I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. I was at the dealer for maybe 1 hour.. in and out.. best buying experience yet. My sales rep. Noted a few small requests I asked for and they were done before I took the car home.

Overall a great car. The service is on the expensive side but the car is a pleasure to drive and really make long trips enjoyable. Compared to other cars I have owned the annual cost will probably be even or slightly higher but I expected it when purchased.

I really enjoyed my experience at Baja Auto Sales. With the credit issues I have, I had been turned down at other dealers but Jesus, Wes and the other friendly consultants at Baja were able to get me into a really nice car and help me work out my credit issues. The process was extremely quick and General Manager, Wes, did a great job of explaining all the details of the purchase to me so that I left feeling confident in my purchase. Very reliable car. Extremely low maintenance. Fast and powerful biturbo makes it really enjoyable. Great way to save when driving. Did I mention, it's really comfortable with a great audio system.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. On Jan 12th I went in to see a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The salesperson, Vince, was very helpful and professional. I made it known that I would be paying in full and no financing. He didn’t waste my time and not longer than 5min the Manager, Vinny, came and made me an offer that we were both happy with. Was so worried that they’d drag negotiations forever like at other dealerships. They made it quick and painless. Will definitely recommend to others.

The styling is beautiful, the ride is smooth. Good mileage. The interior is spacious and comfortable. All the modern technology to make the driving experience up to date and convenient. Great performance in all weather conditions.

I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz I’ve always owned a BMW. I have to say I really love this vehicle. It rides smooth, the seats are very comfortable, it has so many functions for a 2010, I was extremely surprised. The color of the vehicle was listed as arctic white however it’s more of a cream color vehicle. If I could change the color I most likely would. But it’s still very beautiful. The vehicle only had 13,562 miles. The interior looks and smells brand new. The exterior is extremely designed well. It’s a beautiful car. I’ve only driven it one day because I’ve only had it one day. As time goes on I will then be able to make an accurate review. My younger sister will purchase my vehicle if I choose to sell.

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

Mr Denis Eitch is an absolute the best after sales advisor, he takes his time and go through every process of the service and explain well to clients; also he is a very efficient man, getting everything done very fast to make it easy for client. I have known this man for over two years now, and I have been recommending him to all my friends that drives a Benz for service. This man deserves a raise !

Massaging seats is an awesome feature. Best interior in class by alot, but the performance isn't as impressive as an audi or bmw in the same class.

Mr. Epino, I am compelled to write this review in explaining my experience with the service department, and most notably Ms. Ashley Williams, on July 26, 2022. The issue was the inability to raise the roof on my 2006 Cadillac XLR. Ms. Williams, because of her tenacity and willingness to go a step further resolved this issue with little or no trouble. The problem arose when I had to have my battery charged and placed back in my car. The windshield apparently has to be recalibrated to allow electrical systems to operate. My top is now functional and Findlay did not charge me for their work. Instead of leaving my car overnight and receiving an invoice in the thousands I got my car back that morning without a single penny being charged. Talk about a fantastic experience! Findlay will continue to service my Cadillacs going forward and my service rep of choice will be Ashley Williams.

This car has so many safety features it’s a comfortable ride with a stylish look and gets lots of looks. I’m thrilled with it. The ambient lighting is so cool. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who wants to be safe. Cynthia H

Have 40k and only maintenance has been annual oil changes and a new set of tires. Ride is super comfortable, interior is total luxury. First Mercedes we have owned, owed BMWs and Porches, and would definitely buy Mercedes again. Get compliments from anyone riding in the car. Only nit is navigation, but we use Apple CarPlay so no big deal

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

Super nice, very respectful, and he was very happy for us, and he honestly felt like family to us, he is a great salesman as well.

Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

It was a very good experience, the car was detailed and fully gassed waiting for us, paperwork was done before we got there so it was waiting for us to sign and drive 👍
