My salesman, Jeremy, was friendly and attentive, and everyone in the finance department was so great, helping me out at every step, including getting me a really helpful warranty. My new GLC plugin hybrid was having trouble initializing the digital extras. It appears not able to finish the task beyond 24 hours. I reported the problem to my sales. She promptly arranged services and escalated the case to her manager and Mercedes Customer Assistance. A case was created with Customer Assistance directing service to troubleshoot the problem. With a coordinated effort they were able to fix the problem and return my car in pristine condition a few days later. I?m impressed. My experience with them is five-star.

Although the used van I purchased came with only one key, I?m still very satisfied thanks to the care and effort Tameem put into making everything go smoothly.
