Great car buying experience. I bought the car without seeing it in person. When it was delivered I was amazed how perfect it is. TJ my salesperson did an excellent job. I highly recommend him and the dealership. I definitely would use them for future purchases.

I love this car. Not only does it look amazing and get head turns and compliments wherever I go, but it's also very comfortable and has a lo0t of pick-up.

We had the most satisfying purchase experience ever in buying a truck from Motorcars Limited. The entire staff was extremely pleasant to work with. Gary was especially helpful. We recommend this dealership if you are looking for a super clean car. I think that they are pretty particular about the cars passing through this dealership. Every vehicle we saw was in pristine condition.

The only problem i have had with My G550 so far is the front turning indicators stop working form time to time.

Financing available, fast & easy, accepted my trade in vehicle and gave me more money than any other dealer offered on the value. My credit is average and I still got a low payment, very nice! Friendly service from Kirk, Andy, & Nida, they make you feel right at home and walk you through the entire process, only taking about a hour of my time. Very efficient this place. Chris who is a very nice guy from the service called me and scheduled an appointment the soonest he could and he also promised a rent a car paid by them as a loaner while they have the car! My original message a few hours before the second call by Chris: Their service department is horrible. I called today because the AC on my brand new car is not working. It is 120 degrees outside in Woodland Hills. Soraya, the service agent, told me that they don’t have a loaner available till mid October! When I said, it would be fine and I will drop the car if it can be done in one day. She said it will be for a couple of days or more and they couldn’t give me a loaner either. When I asked that jaguar is basically telling me that they cannot do anything for me even though it is super hot outside and not having AC basically means not being able to drive the car, her answer was “yes, we can’t do anything about it”!!! Just imagine, you need your car on a daily basis, and the AC is not working, and they would tell you to drop your car there and stay without the car for few days until they decide to fix your car!!! Terrible customer service!

Staff was super helpful and accommodating since we were an out of town purchaser. They were very responsive and had the vehicle waiting for us when we picked it up.

Had a recall and lube/oil/filter service, which all went well. My only interaction was with Joel, and he has a great attitude and provided excellent customer service.
