New and used 2025 Mercedes-Benz G-Class SUVs for sale near Port Reading, NJ

his is my 5th Mercedes Benz car and my second car from Mercedes Benz Manhattan. I worked with John Hart, who in my mind, is an exemplary sales professional. John worked with me through all the different models I was interested in until we came up with the right car at the right price. Ultimately, we had one built. Last weekend I went to the dealership to pick up the car. Again, John did everything he could to make my experience as pleasant as possible. I drove home feeling happy knowing I had made the right choice. John Hart made the entire process as easy and seamless as possible. We also had a little fun along the way. John will be my go to salesman in the future. I hope he never leaves. If you're looking for a new Mercedes and want to work with a really nice and honest salesman, please give John a try. You won't be disappointed.

My windshield was replaced quickly and done very well. My concern is that since their ownership change, this dealership has become somewhat aggressive with their pricing. I got competitive quotes from two other dealerships. This dealership was 8% higher. I used them because my confidence in my service writer, and the level of service that he has always provided. It should be noted that I had another windshield replaced at this dealership a few years ago, under the original ownership and the cost was more than 30% less. I like the service here, but as I have said I am a little concerned about their pricing.

This dealership always exemplifies high quality and friendly service. I have experienced many dealerships in Bergen, Hudson and Essex counties and find Benzel Bush maintains integrity throughout the entire process, from the initial deal, servicing to the next purchase. I've done two car deals with them so far and will return for the next.

Maintained their always high standards in the midst of the coronavirus challenges. Excellent service for the car. Easy scheduling and quick turnaround while fully respecting the additional risks that the virus posed in the pick up and delivery of the car. They will always get my business.

I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. I was in the market for a high-end car and in the process went to 3 MB dealers. I not only chose the best one but ended up with the best MB ambassador, Joe Sangiamino. I would definitely say Mr Catena “knows how to pick’em.” Joe is an asset to the dealership. He was most pleasant to work with and I would be hard-pressed to go elsewhere.
