Once I arrived to Georgetown Mercedes-Benz service department, I was greeted by the floor person right away. He got my maintenance representative, Mr. Fred Mathis and he took the time to go over my automobile and service needed. Mr. Mathis priveded service options, and finance options. I explained to him that I was experienced issues with my vehicle and didn?t know why my vehicle was swerving when it rained. After viewing the tires, he discovered that I needed new tires. I stopped by the Sprinter shop to inquire about a front end alignment. Hayden informed me that there was a hundred dollar off special going on. I told him that I needed to arrange for a ride home. He told me that the dealership would pay for my transportation home and back! The work was completed the same day. I am very impressed with this experience.
