He got my maintenance representative, Mr. Fred Mathis and he took the time to go over my automobile and service needed. Mr. Mathis priveded service options, and finance options. I was offered a loaner car if needed and kept me informed onnthe status of my vehicle. He was very professional, just awesome.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tom Ballou for the excellent customer service provided to me today. I explained to him that I was experienced issues with my vehicle and didn?t know why my vehicle was swerving when it rained. After viewing the tires, he discovered that I needed new tires. Thanks for taking the time and showing the areas on each tires ? where replacements were very crucial to avoid a possible accident.

I stopped by the Sprinter shop to inquire about a front end alignment. Hayden informed me that there was a hundred dollar off special going on. I told him that I needed to arrange for a ride home. He told me that the dealership would pay for my transportation home and back! The work was completed the same day. I am very impressed with this experience.

OMG there are not enough positive things I can say about my experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Austin! They are locally owned and it shows. They care about every customer and treat them as though each person is about to buy the most expensive car on the lot. They really CARE!!! I wish this company had a training program and trained every company in the NATION, no WORLD, no UNIVERSE (hee hee) how to treat each other. They are not just nice - they are genuine.
