I went to this dealer to take a yearly service. While I was waiting, I wanted to get a trade in value for my 2020 Benz GLC 300. I met Erica at sales. She was exceptionally good and knowledgeable. She showed 2 or 3 models and gave me good price. I traded old one to new 2025 GLC. When I drove the new car, I found out new model did not have the option of distronics option that I needed. When I called her back, she did her best to find the car that has that option. I went back to change to another 2025GLC with more options. She did lots of extra work to get this done. I used to own a Lincoln mkc and got more features for the money. However love the exterior style of GLA and hey mercedes technology.

Having never owned a Mercedes-Benz before, I really had no idea what to expect. I am pleased to announce that, while having only owned it for two days, I am completely in love with this little SUV. Some of the controls are a little quirky compared to the 2020 Lincoln Corsair that preceded it, but I'm learning quickly and feeling more comfortable and confident with every mile!
