Very smooth drive ! Definitely makes you feel like your in total control comfortably as well as confidently! I had downsized from a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition, & I’m not disappointed at all ! The handle on this vehicle is amazing! It really makes you feel safe while driving! After purchasing our GLA 250, 5 yrs ago, 1; our long distance travel includes -to date- 5 times (LA/PHX) - in addition to several "local" trips(Midwest w/o a single problem! 2; We have yet to switch from "E" to "S" - since 'she' already acts as an "Italian" sports car on "E"! "Drawback" 1: Our initial concern was the more expensive hi-grade gas (91/93). However, we do get 31 mpg on combined city/hi-way driving. 2: A trifle too tight for luggage at long distance trvl and/or transporting i.e. skis.

Having never owned a Mercedes-Benz before, I really had no idea what to expect. I am pleased to announce that, while having only owned it for two days, I am completely in love with this little SUV. Some of the controls are a little quirky compared to the 2020 Lincoln Corsair that preceded it, but I'm learning quickly and feeling more comfortable and confident with every mile!

This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

We stopped into Mercedes of Westmont as a second stop in our search for a new car. I am not really a fan of buying new cars, we typically buy a car and drive it until it’s dead, just so we don’t have to go thru the whole purchasing process of getting a new car. Chris at Mercedes of Westmont has completely changed my outlook on buying new cars! He is very professional, but yet relatable and understanding of the process and how to make it a pleasurable experience. We weren’t looking to purchase a car that day, but Chris really listened to our wants and needs and was able to find something for us that fit what we were looking for. We have had our GLA 250 for 9 months now and absolutely love it. Great handling and ride comfort. Big enough for hauling small pieces of furniture. It’s our first Mercedes. No wonder people buy one.

I used to own a Lincoln mkc and got more features for the money. However love the exterior style of GLA and hey mercedes technology.

Fuel Flap gets stuck. Scary experience. Had to pry flap open in order to get gas. Now I have to get a new flap because it will not stay closed. 😢

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

Was in and out very quick they answered all my questions. Even gave me a full detail and a full tank of gas

I ordered my Brand new GLA 250 4 M. OMG. I am very happy and very satisfied. The SUV runs very smooth the quality is very very good. When you close the door, you can feel it. Great quality everything is Great. When I'm driving wowie I feel like I'm flying in the airplane. No bumps. I am happy with my purchased. Even I waited for 6 months because of chips shortage. This is the third S-class Mercedes I have purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Westmont and I could not be happier. Going through the purchasing process was a delight because Kimberely Cager, my Sales Rep, and the sales management team made me feel better than just a valued customer. The real test, however, came when driving the new 2025 Mercedes S580. The supreme road handling and comfortable seating were nothing short of spectacular, and the many options like the integrated toll system (driving through tolls of different states has become hassle free), Apple CarPlay, and several driver-assist features has enhanced my driving experience. While understanding how to use and benefit from the many new features and options was a little daunting, Kimberely and the Product Concierge, Damir Oliynyk, have eased my doubts, and I?m looking forward to a long multi-state road trip.

Just got the 2023 gla 250 4matic. It’s good looking inside and out and drives very well, comfortable and sporty in perfect combination. My only knock would be the front seats seem a little small. You have to do a lot of option thinking to get exactly what you want and are willing to pay for but otherwise a good value.

I wanted to get a car fairly quickly and knew what I was willing to spend. My salesperson Paolo was extremely helpful and found me my car in the color I wanted in less than a week. To my surprise, the package I purchased even came with several bonus accessories for protecting the interior. Paolo took his time with me and explained every feature in the car (even after closing), which was amazing since the manual looks like an encyclopedia. The dealership followed up later with a Zoom call to answer any additional questions I still had and they’re sending me a free gift! Overall, I would absolutely shop here again and recommend this dealership to my friends!
