I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

I bought a 2020 RR Sport ATB from these guys... basically in between rides at Disney. I dealt with Kimberly Frickey, who was amazing. The whole deal was done via phone and text. She was so NOT sales-y, my wife and I kept waiting for her to transfer us to someone IN sales, haha. Turns out, it was her. But yeah. We agreed on a price. After Disney, we drove down and she had it detailed and ready to roll. No surprises. No up-charges. I signed a few papers (with Emily in finance - who was equally awesome). Hopped in and drove back to Arizona. By far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever hard. They even had my AZ plates overnighted to me so I didn't have to mess with the DMV... thank God. Oh, and I couldn't be happier with the car! Love it! Now if I could just end every family vacation with a new whip, I'd be set ;-)

We have had our GLA 250 for 9 months now and absolutely love it. Great handling and ride comfort. Big enough for hauling small pieces of furniture. It’s our first Mercedes. No wonder people buy one.

I recently bought a BMW 3 series from this dealership and the experience exceeded my expectations. Great car, terrible dealers and maintenance costs. I have had two GLA vehicles, a 2016 GLA45 AMG and this one a 2018 GLA 250 AWD. I have a love-hate relationship. The car itself is really enjoyable and the 208hp dual clutch drive train is nearly perfect in my mind for sporty but efficient driving. It has good acceleration, little to no lag and I can consistently hit the high 30’s for mileage in the mountains of Colorado. I have gotten 38mpg over a 250 mile trip. It is mid 20’s around town which is good because you need premium gas. The storage areas are small-ish and funky but doable and has two USB ports in the center console with no grooves for the cables but they will pass through. I recommend blind spot detection as a must because the side mirrors have a large blind spot you cannot dial out. The car runs very smoothly, absorbs bumps well and decent sound proofing for this size. The power lift gates, keyless doors on all four doors just touching the handles is perhaps my favorite comfort feature. It drives like a car so if you like high SUV seating positions this is not for you. Air works great, electronics are kind of odd for 2018 so having Apple Car Play is a must in my mind if you are buying used. I really love the car for it’s details, lovely interior and performance and can recommend it to others based on those things. The huge negative for Mercedes is they are hands down the worst dealerships and I interacted with three. They do all the classic dealer tricks and the maintenance costs on a car running perfectly fine will make you bleed. An A service (odd years) was $933.00 and they wisely will not tell you that till you show up. Shop around as another dealer was only about 60% of that. I just replaced a dead battery today and it was $639.00 and done in less than an hour. I would go to an independent shop for half price maintenance unless a warranty item (I have extended/CPO). In the end this makes me give up on Mercedes. Cars are wonderfully engineered and truly enjoyable and look great but dealers and everything associated suck. Yeah, I know there are probably good ones and if you don’t mind a siphon in your wallet and typical dealer tricks then you will love them and they will love you. So, 100% recommend the car and a 100% thumbs down on the dealers. Research yours carefully and if good or if you can go to an independent then jump on the car if you like sporty, elegant and fun.

I would like to thank Austin Aguilera for helping me find my new ride. I am excited to see what a diesel car will do for my wallet when it comes time to hit the ... Austin is a nice guy, did not make me feel uncomfortable during the process, gave me plenty of opportunities to test drive the car, showed me other models I would like and he is widely respected by his coworkers. We bought a 2019 NX 300 in silver with black interior on Nov 19, 2018. Bob Delaney worked with us the most with pricing from Randy for Costco members. Bob was great-pleasant, patient and more than helpful with my disabled husband. He went the extra mile to make our experience pleasant. I was not looking forward to purchasing a new car as in the past they have not been pleasant. Although we were there for 5 hours (which is too long)it was well paced until the last hour when we all became tired. Alan in finance was helpful in offering a lease option we hadn't considered which we took. We're so glad that Carlsbad Lexus was a Costco approved agency as we live in Carlsbad and it saved us from running around the county. Thank you.

Overall good service and great cars the only thing I didn't like is that all cars come with no dealer warranty

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

Dealership came thru when my C300 displayed a low coolant level. Service department gave me a service appointment within a couple of days. Before my appointment, car leaked all coolant. MB was contacted and set up vehicle to be picked up and taken to dealership. Dealership set me up with a loaner while car problem was diagnosed and repaired. Took a week but vehicle is now back up and running. Thank you!

Having never owned a Mercedes-Benz before, I really had no idea what to expect. I am pleased to announce that, while having only owned it for two days, I am completely in love with this little SUV. Some of the controls are a little quirky compared to the 2020 Lincoln Corsair that preceded it, but I'm learning quickly and feeling more comfortable and confident with every mile!
