They quickly got my car in for oil change, I would highly recommend. I would like to say however I wish the gentleman that vacuum my car would have done the entire floor not just my drivers side.

Got my 2015 gla in 2016. Drove it from NJ to DC every week even in the middle of a blizzard.. I feel like it has a more agile power steering. It can fit it anywhere. The ride is smooth and quiet. It’s now 2025, what do you think? I got the mountain grey color. It still shines like new!

I’ve had my GLA for about 6,000 miles and so far it hasn’t had a single problem. I drove it back from Houston to Michigan and got 34 mpg best, since I’ve got it I’ve gotten 28 mpg combined average. Very comfortable, fun to drive and -fast for a 4 cylinder! The only thing I think it lacks is cargo room. Plenty good for 85% of the time but there are times I need to haul a more. Premium gas is expensive but it seems to run just fine on mid grade too in a pinch. I love this car but Im thinking of getting a mini van as a second car for occasional hauling needs.

Purchased in 2015, nothing is broken except consumables until 2023. It has a bit of a turborek, so it's less driving, but it has an agile driving feeling.

I have owned my 2015 for just under two years, this car is a maintenance nightmare. If you don’t know how to work on them, paying for it is going to be a hefty price. My thermostat blew 3 separate times in 6 months for a total of about $5000. The infotainment system and other luxury options are basic so do look to be impressed there. Using the paddle shifters is laggy and jerky at higher RPMs. Do I regret buying the car? No. Obviously if you’re looking at this car it’s not for extreme reliability, it’s a fun car to drive and zoom around in, good on gas, very fast, and enjoyable experience when your behind the wheel.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. This car is fun to drive. It's a good size on the outside and plenty of room inside. It doesn't't have Apple CarPlay but all the other features you want in a luxurious sporty car. Mercedes Benz quality shows.
