I had gone to another dealer ship first and had a horrible experience. Then I notice they had a great inventory of Dodge ram trucks. I just decided to walk the lot by myself since I knew what I was looking for. Here came Jason Conrad he ask me if I was interested in any of the trucks. Yes, I had my eyes on 2 of them then he got me the keys and let me test drive them. I was in love with the first test drive and that was the end of the story. He show me the carfax report on the vehicle and everything was clean. I drove that truck home today and was thankful for "Jason" he is a great salesman and if people ask me I will be referring him more business. Other car dealers need to go train under him and learn how to treat a customer. Kudos to Jason.

2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class review
Got my 2015 gla in 2016. Drove it from NJ to DC every week even in the middle of a blizzard.. I feel like it has a more agile power steering. It can fit it anywhere. The ride is smooth and quiet. It’s now 2025, what do you think? I got the mountain grey color. It still shines like new!

Afterward, I had plenty of time to inspect the vehicle on my own without feeling rushed or pressured. At no point did I feel any pressure from the sales team. They even allowed me to take the car about 30 minutes away to my own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Not only were they completely supportive of that, but they also replaced a few parts that technically would have passed inspection but likely would have needed replacement down the road. That level of honesty and customer service really stood out to me. They had the car ready for me the very same day, and even took care of small cosmetic details I pointed out, including touching up minor scratches and removing some wax residue. It showed they genuinely cared about delivering the car in the best condition possible. I purchased my Mazda CX-5 with JV and also worked with Christian, the manager. Both were incredibly patient with all of my questions and made the entire process easy and stress-free. As a 25-year-old woman purchasing a car on my own, I was especially appreciative of how respectfully I was treated. After visiting several local dealerships, this was easily the most positive experience I had. While I may be partial because I ended up buying my car here, I also noticed that the vehicles across their lot were all very clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a transparent, low-pressure, and genuinely customer-focused car-buying experience.

2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class review
I’ve had my GLA for about 6,000 miles and so far it hasn’t had a single problem. I drove it back from Houston to Michigan and got 34 mpg best, since I’ve got it I’ve gotten 28 mpg combined average. Very comfortable, fun to drive and -fast for a 4 cylinder! The only thing I think it lacks is cargo room. Plenty good for 85% of the time but there are times I need to haul a more. Premium gas is expensive but it seems to run just fine on mid grade too in a pinch. I love this car but Im thinking of getting a mini van as a second car for occasional hauling needs.

I was a new grad and bought my first car (Toyota Corolla) from here.. The guys actually listened to my wants vs. needs and helped me find the most reliable option since I had a 2-hour daily commute to work. It has ran great for 3+ years and all i did was regular maintanence updates on it.. If you're having problems with a car (from here or anywhere...), there's a good chance it's more about how it's being taken care of than the car itself.. I made sure to do my research, speak with third-party mechanics about it before buying, and stayed true to upkeep with monthly checks. It goes a long way so you don't miss anything 6 months down the line that it was warning you about before. I recently sold it to upgrade to a larger car, but I'll always appreciate the guidance I got when making such an important first purchase. If you're looking for a dealership, that won't purposely sell you a horrible car, this is the place i felt most comfortable with after speaking with 10+ dealers.
2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class review
I have owned my 2015 for just under two years, this car is a maintenance nightmare. If you don’t know how to work on them, paying for it is going to be a hefty price. My thermostat blew 3 separate times in 6 months for a total of about $5000. The infotainment system and other luxury options are basic so do look to be impressed there. Using the paddle shifters is laggy and jerky at higher RPMs. Do I regret buying the car? No. Obviously if you’re looking at this car it’s not for extreme reliability, it’s a fun car to drive and zoom around in, good on gas, very fast, and enjoyable experience when your behind the wheel.
