I live in Oregon, nearly 2000 miles away. I found a car that I wanted to buy and Nathan my sales guy did everything possible to make my car buying experience fantastic. Buying a car sight unseen is scary, Nathan took a walk around video of the car showing me all the flaws (used car). The transaction went flawless and Nathan promised I would not be disappointed. Nathan and Ryan even help coordinate with the trucking Company for picking up the car. Once the car arrived, it was actually better than what I expected. I wish I was local to shake their hands. We had to have our Mercedes Sprinter Motor Home towed to this dealer. From the 1st phone call to the service department they were very courteous and concerned. When we arrived with our vehicle in tow we were assisted immediately by Bryan and Jace, given a loaner car and Jace even went out of his way to call a nearby hotel to make arrangements for us and our 2 dogs for accommodations. I got a rare 2025 Tacoma TRD Sport with manual transmission, and bought the "Cilajet" protective coating. I took the truck back to Auburn Toyota 10 days later to have the work done. I had ordered door edge guards and tailgate lettering from their parts dept, and all of the work was done while I waited. They got the work done before promised and the truck looks great. Jake is a great service advisor.

As always, the dealership does top quality work and I am very pleased with the job they did for my 2021 S585 sedan. I was especially impressed by the video of the proposed repairs and maintenance work - a new service that worked out very well. One aspect of this visit however could stand to be improved. It took 2.5 days to return my car to me, largely due to the unavailability of a check out driver to validate that the car was ready to go - at least that's what I was told.

I love my new vehicle and have already driven out of state packed with college student stuff. Was a bit cramped but everything fit including a small fridge and microwave.
