Exceptional Purchase Experience & Exceptional Sales Person

After several weeks of scanning various auto Web sites, from MBUSA & Autotrader to area dealers, I came across listings on MBUSA for two 2015 Mercedes SUVs, an ML350 and an ML400 at Ray Catena Mercedes In Union, NJ. After several informative phone discussions plus numerous emails with Stan Baum, sales rep, my wife and I decided to travel the 75 miles to Union, NJ to inspect the two MLs. We were NOT disappointed with the condition and options of the two SUVs, the dealership, it's incredible showroom, the pricing, the August MB purchase incentives and the "How can make your visit here enjoyable" attitude.. Most of all, we were delighted with the professional yet personable manner of Stan Baum. He could not have been more pleasant, more informative, more thorough with follow-up or more helpful. After a test drive of both MLs and a trade in appraisal on our 2010 ML350, we bought the ML400 and picked it up today, Tuesday. As promised by Stan, the grey ML400 was in showroom condition when we arrived. To assist us, Stan had his sales assistant, Michael, explain all aspects of the vehicle, from blind spot warning to programming the GPS. Trip back to CT was a blast. Only regret my wife and I had about today's purchase is that we only bought one Mercedes. Will keep watching Catena MB's Web site and speaking to Stan for a slightly used E-Class cabriolet. Have also recommended Catena Mercedes to our son and will do so to anyone seeking a new or used Mercedes. Well worth the trip.
