My wife and I both liked the Outlander PHEV so much we both wanted one. We sent them and offer with prices for our existing car and what we would pay the PHEV. They called back a few days later excepting the offer and had all the paper work ready to go when we showed up. The transaction was smooth and deal was exactly what we had requested (first time as dealers typically try to pull a fast one lowering the car price with the trade in).
If they did a little renovation, it would be a fantastic dealership. It's beyond dated though. That's is the only down side.

Since 2016, I have been a Mercedes-Benz lessee. I leased my first Mercedes-Benz with salesman, Chris Popin, after my mom and brother recommended him to me. At the time, I was very young and did not know much about the car leasing process. Chris educated me, guided me and made sure that I got the best deal possible. I met Chris on a Monday, and by Tuesday, I drove away with my brand new CLA250. This past May, my vehicle was stolen from me. I immediately texted Chris and asked him for his advice. He assured me that insurance would handle everything, and to come and visit him at Mercedes-Benz Princeton when I was ready. After a few long and difficult weeks of dealing with insurance, along with looking at other options, I knew that I could not make a decision without seeing Chris first. On May 13, 2018, I met with Chris at the Princeton dealership. It was two-years since I saw Chris, and while we were talking, I took not that he remembered each one of my family members' names by heart. Since 2010, Chris leased a total of 4 vehicles to my mom, cousin, brother and myself. After showing me vehicles, and making notes of my needs and budget, Chris assured me that he'd have the perfect vehicle for me, within my budget, and within the time that I needed it. On Saturday, May 16, 2018, I drove away with a brand-new GLC300! The entire staff at the Princeton dealership was so welcoming; offering my brother and I beverages while we sat and worked out all of the kinks with Chris. The general manager even introduced himself to us- ensuring that we felt welcomed and well taken care of. It has been almost 10 years since I've known Chris Popin, and I don't think I will ever work with another car salesman. I highly recommend him- he is passionate about his work and his clients; he understands budgets/needs; and he will never forget your name or face- in all, he treats every single customer as if he/she was family. If you are shopping for a Mercedes, make sure you visit him before making a decision. You will not regret it!

We had purchase our a Mercedes at an another dealer where Scott Corbyon worked. We always brought the car in for service. For some reason, our service advisor Scott Corbyons was not there. The relpacement person was not concern about our issues. We knew we had to find Scott Corbyons. Scott had been our service advisor for fourteen (14) years. We called every Mercedes Dealer within a 50 miles range untill we were able to find him. It was so pleasant just to hear his vocie. I knew our mercedes would be alright without any hassle. I give SCOTT CORBYONS A FIVE STAR RATING. You don't miss the good service untill you don't have it anymore. Scott always take the time to explain any porblem you have with your car.
I can hands down recommend this dealership and specifically Richard Rollnick to anyone that wants highly rewarding car buying experience. Richard was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and it was clear he had our best interests at heart from the beginning. Back in the '80's a business associate who had driven Mercedes Benz automobiles for over 20 years told me that some day I would be driving one and added that if I go to Schumacher European they will treat me right, deal fairly, and do their best to place me in a Mercedes.
Some thirty years later his prediction proved true.
I was fortunate enough to speak with Lou Gordon on his cell phone. Since I live in Payson it was important that I get preliminary details handled before committing to a 90 minute drive.
Lou was articulate, polished, and had the bearing of a person who could be believed and trusted. He was obviously a professional who had a career position that was earned rather than granted.
I arrived to the beautiful facility and was greeted by well dressed and refined sales people who directed me to Lou's office. Lou welcomed me, got right to business, and directed other team members to ensure that the sales process went efficiently.
My business partner from years ago steered me right. So now it is my turn to honor his legacy by providing a review which I hope will reach many people. Those who follow his advice, and now mine, will be well rewarded by Lou and Schumacher European for their automobile purchase.

I've purchased multiple luxury cars and this buying experience was the best by far. Lou was great, we did the trade in value and purchase price negotiations over the phone and text, which didn't take long since he gave his best pricing up front (you just need to know the market and you will see). I walked into the dealership after the negotiations just look at the car and was planning to come back later because I needed to get my kids from school in about an hour, Lou said if you want it now I'll have you out of here in 45 minutes...of course I said no way and the clock is ticking. I did the credit application in his office and then walked to finance and singed the paper work and I drove out in 45 minutes…wow! The finance department didn’t try to sell me anything…that’s a first. I’m sure the other sales team is great but why risk it go straight to Lou and you will be writing the great review for him too.
We have just purchased out third Mercedes from this dealership. The reason we keep going back to them is that the price is right and the professionalism and friendliness is exceptional. We are older and need more assistance with the technical aspects of the car. The staff at this dealership show patience and do not hurry you in teaching us how to use the GPS, etc. What could have been a stressful experience was a rewarding one and we now know how to use all the new equipment. If you want the best, give them a try.
My lease was coming due in less then 30 days. Called Charlotte. She asked me what I wanted (what don't I want), then asked me what I wanted to pay :). Charlotte told me that this car with this package is exactly what I was looking for and wanted. However she did not have it on the lot but will track it down. In the interim, I flew down to SD with the fam for some r&r and a little bit of business. 3 days later I got the call... THE CAR WAS IN!!!! Flew back to the bay the next day, and got to the Benz lot at 8pm. Charlotte knows my phobia of car lots and made sure that all paperwork was completed. All within 45 minutes, just a few initials and some John Hancock's, a quick vehicle overview and I was out the door. Talk about services. This is my third Benzo from Charlotte Riles and her superior service will keep me coming back for more.
