Recently purchased a 2018 Mercedes Benz AMG CLA45. Working with Fernando and Brad was an extremely positive experience. They both were quick to respond and made the entire process transparent and enjoyable. They have continued to follow-up with me which is very rare these days! Their customer service has been top notch. I didn't make this easy on them as I took my time deciding on which car to purchase. Would definitely contact them again when I'm ready for another car. I purchased my 2nd new car from Autohaus on Edens this summer after looking at competing brands/models. A significant factor in my decision to return to Mercedes & Autohaus was the service I had received over 7 years on my E350, specifically with Ken Dunaway. I conditioned my purchase this summer on being aligned with Ken again for service. He could not be more professional and responsive while also being very personable. And, the work by Autohaus' Service area is always top-notch.
Adrian assisted me with the purchase of a 2016 CPO 450 GL. He was professional, personable and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. The sales process was quick, seamless and efficient. I would gladly recommend Adrian and Autohaus to others and look forward to having my vehicle serviced there for years to come.
Both Jeremy and Scott take such good care of me and my car. I live in Milwaukee and drive over 100 miles just to have my car serviced by Scott. I feel they make suggestions to ensure my safety in my car not trying to upsell me optional service.
My purchase couldn't have been easier... I spoke with Daniel over the phone made an appointment while still waiting on my credit union he made sure the car was mine and knew everything I needed to know. I came back on the following couple days while he was off and Bryan provided great service and made sure to pick up where Daniel left off no hassle no pressure just a simple purchase!

I had been driving a 2005 Acura TL Manual with 269,000 miles. It was time for a new car! I began looking around and looked at several makes and models. I had narrowed it down to a 2016 Acura TLX that was a dealer loaner car but still needed to test drive a a 2018 CLA250 and 2017 C300. Both of these were MB of Hagerstown loaner cars that were now available. I had exchanged emails for about a week with Barry London. Barry was extremely responsive and provided answers and information. After watching several hours of YouTube videos ( :-) ) , I setup a time to visit the dealership. When I arrived, I immediately felt welcome and was offered some beverages and even a donut! I passed on the donut. I was also given a brief tour of the dealership. Barry had already pulled out the two cars and they awaited a test drive. After some initial paperwork and discussion, Barry and I set out for the ride(s). Before we drove, Barry took the time to explain the quality, features and functions of the cars and explained some of the differences (besides $) between the models. We set out with the CLA first and put it through its paces. Back at the dealer, we swapped cars and took the C300 out on the same ride. When we arrived back, we started to discuss prices, terms etc. and even investigated a few other loaner cars coming available in the coming weeks. After some discussion, I had Austin run my credit check so that we all would know what we were dealing with -- real numbers. The credit check took maybe 15-20 minutes and Tony came out with the numbers. My rate was fantastic and it was painless - banks were aggressive in winning my business I guess. I then decided to take the CLA250 out for another ride - Barry let me go alone and told me to grab lunch if I wanted. I appreciated that gesture. I just rode for another 30 minutes or so and returned. My decision was made -- CLA250. While the C300 rode very nice and clearly had some amenities that the CLA did not, I really like the lines of the CLA and the sportier ride/feel. Yes, maybe not as "soft" or "smooth" but I like that. We discussed price and my trade-in (of my 269K mile car -- ha!) and agreed on a fair price and financing term. I waited a bit for the final paperwork to be completed. Barry and I wrapped that up and then I met with Tony (Finance) to review the paperwork and discuss several "add-ons". No real pressure, and I did decide on the pre-paid maintenance - yes, it was rolled into the load so I am paying a few percentage points on that, but I did save 6% in sales tax if I had not pre-paid and I don't have to worry for a couple years about scheduled maintenance. All signed and ready to go.... Barry removed my old tags, put the new tags on and upon my request removed the MB license plate holder and the dealership sticker (I don't like them). Thanks for doing that. The CLA was all cleaned up, mats put down and Barry had a few goodies for me. Two MB Branded key straps and a 2 POUND bar of Belgium Chocolate with a surprise -- you will have to buy a MB from Hagerstown to know what the surprise is. Barry then helped me pair my phone and setup Apple CarPlay....I was off. Deal done. Feeling good about the experience and that I was given a fair deal without any pressure. When all was said and done, I was at the dealership for about 4 hours -- TOTAL -- and it didn't feel that long or too stressful. I hope to have many years of enjoyment from my 2018 CLA250 and will definitely consider MB of Hagerstown for my next purchase and for my service. Quality .. Quality .. Quality ., thats the way at Alexandria Mercedes. Always they strive for perfection. I highly recommend Jack Linderman (Kinder man is what i call him) because the service is so personal and he strives for perfection. Really .. I ¿ my mercedes and I wouldn't give it up but to Jack. Although the others might be great .. Why should I try someone else.. ¿ the coffee machine .. Even the receptionist is well trained and knows to solve minor issues .. Great place to service your beautiful car ..
Working with JJ was one of the best experiences I've had at any dealership. He was professional, very knowledgeable and just a cool guy. He was upfront and honest which is tough to find. He did a good enough job where I felt compelled to leave this review.
Over the last three years Rick has helped me restore a 2003 G 500, he has always been attentive, responsive, and even curious about my project and gone above and beyond his station to help me solve odd issues with a 13 year labor of love. My experiences were always so great that I entrusted "Cookie" and Rick to repair/upgrade a Ferrari 360 while I was out of town, Rick gave me pictures and facetime updates on the work - they did a great job. Last Friday I called about a auto question and Rick let me know that a low mile 2015 G 63 had come in to the dealer (one of my dream vehicles) so I went in to see it. Rick introduced me to the GM Don and he let me take it home for the weekend...well, apparently Rick and Don knew that 560 lbs of torque was more powerful than my will power and no self respecting "car guy" is going to give up a fantastic price on a 7,200 mile loaded G 63 with upgraded leather and carbon fiber (if he can)...so Rick checked in with me over the weekend several times, and ultimately sold me the truck at his service desk on the next Monday morning...I'm guesssing it's the first time a G 63 sold accross a service desk (of course Rick sold me the wheel protection package). I am happy to tell this story because this is how a authentic sales relationship works, I would not care about the G 63 at the dealer if I did not know that Rick cared and knew about my automotive interests. This spontanious sale was a long time building.. it's built over years on several cars. And to be fair, I would probabaly bought it from Vito if he was not having his little boy that exact weekend, he has always been great about the soft sale trying to learn about my interests to see if I would upgrade. I went to Mercedes Benz of Union 5/2016 just to inquire about different models, prices, information about leasing, etc. I was paired with a rep. (Victor) I told him I was just there to inquire and we sat down and began the process. Victor was extremely welcoming and listened to all of my concerns. He really worked with me and tried his best to meet my needs. As time went, we started speaking more into what I would like and basically he customized my package and told me realistically what I would be looking at based on my information. To say the least, the following day I signed a leasing contract and drove off with my very 1st car!!!! Victor made the whole process great for me. He made sure I understood whatever it was that I was signing and his patience level is through the roof. I was highly satisfied and pleased with the service I received. Victor was awesome! Pros: -Very Friendly environment -EVERYONE was very nice and laid back both days I went in -They really try to make their customers happy Con: There's a plate of mints in the front that I kept eating...(stay away!)

It was a pleasure working with Nicholas Bradfield, as I decided on the purchase of my new car. Nicholas is one of the best salespersons I've dealt with. I called Ray Catena dealer on a Saturday noon, the customer service immediately connect me with Nicholas in which he listened attentively as I explained my wants and needs in a new GLA 250. He checks the availability and soon gave me a quote in which I was very pleased. I asked him if I can go to the dealer to browse through the showroom and test drive the car that afternoon. He was very responsive and said yes. I made it to the dealer within one hour and soon I was test driving and placing the down payment of my dream SUV. Within five days later, I picked up my 2018 GLA 250 and signed all the paperwork that only lasted less than an hour. Throughout the entire process Nicholas maintained his pleasant demeanor, responsiveness, knowledgeableness which as a customer made me, feel as though Nicholas was committed to me and not just ???making a sale." I worked with Gene P in October of 2016 to purchase my new-to-me 2013 Audi Q7 TDI from out of state. He was upfront about everything. We were able to quickly work out a deal that was fair to both parties. I was not charged any unusual fees or anything which is also a positive. I took possession a few days later. I would recommend that you do all of your homework on your desired vehicle beforehand, work out any logistics and bring your own financing. It seemed, to me, to make things easier on everyone. Would I recommend Auto Holding to a friend or family member? Yes. The inventory, according to them, seems to be pretty fluid. So, I would also recommend that they be ready to buy if you see what you want in your price range. Their mission is to move cars, not play around with people. That’s not a slight against them, but advice to the potential consumer.

OMG, WERE DO I EVEN START. I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP AROUND 6:45 TO SEE MY 2019 G550 WAITING FOR ME ON DISPLAY. UPON ENTERING THE DEALERSHIP I WAS GREETED WITH SMILES BY THE CONCIERGE. I WAS GIVEN A COMFY SPOT TO SIT WHILE ANOTHER PERSON CAME BY, ASKING ME WHAT ID LIKE TO EAT AND DRINK. EAT I SAID, WOW! THAT WAS A FIRST. I WAS IMPRESSED THAT THE DEALERSHIP RECOGNIZED THAT IT WAS DINNER TIME. AFTER WAITING 5 MINUTES OR SO I WAS GREETED BY A TERRIFIC SALESPERSON SHOWING ME THE INCREDIBLE BUTTONS IN MY G. WE THEN WENT BACK INSIDE TO MEET WITH THE SALES AND FINANCE MANAGER TO FINISH UP THE PAPERWORK. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT THE ROYAL TREATMENT WAS COMPLETE HOWEVER AFTER LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP I IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SALES MANAGER ASKING ME HOW I LIKED THE TRUCK... I was in the market for a new vehicle and was undecided if I was going to get another Tesla or another vehicle. I always dreamed of having an S class because they are just great looking cars. Started looking in the middle of December and right before my lease was up because I knew it was the best time to buy at the end of the year because dealers have quotas to hit and they need to get rid of cars. I opted to speak to several Mercedes dealers over the course of two weeks and I was going back and forth grinding with all of them and when the time finally came to purchase there was one person that separated himself from the pack. This was Mo from House of Imports. At first, I thought he was your typical car salesperson who just tried to lure you into his dealership and then bait and switch you. This was not the case as Mo was probably the best car salesperson to work with as he was easy to speak to, looked out for me and made sure I got the car I wanted.
Ended up getting the 2018 S 450 below invoice and into it at a great monthly payment with all the bells and whistles. I have had the vehicle for just about a week and I am blown away by the car.

Very nice and informative. Didn't try to upsale or add on any extras. Quick process to buy a beautiful clean upscale car. They were very eager to please! I am so happy and excited about my X3 and it was in excellent condition when we went to purchase! :)
