Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

I purchased a 2019 BMW 440i Gran Coupe from this dealership on 3/11. My vehicle journey started online with me eventually coming across this dealership. Every part of the process was completed via email/telephone, with the exception of signing paperwork at one of their sibling locations closer to where I live. Sidney, Thomas, and Adam made this process stress free for me. I was able to have the vehicle delivered directly to me, with them picking up my trade-in as well. The attention to detail by the service area is a special mention as well. I?m grateful for the time they put into getting my car prepared for delivery.

It all started with the price, spot on. Then the communication and once I decided, I was done in less than an hour with the paperwork, down payment and even had arranged the shipping. When I received the car it was everything they had promised and more. I am very happy.

My only complaint is that the vehicle comes with run flat tires and no spare. The run flat tires don't allow for the best ride, but when it comes to everything else, the GLB is very good.

From Amazing Grace to Saving Grace My wife recently purchased a brand-new G-Wagon from Mercedes-Benz of Music City in Nashville, TN, and the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, we received top-tier customer service. Although the tire cover wasn’t immediately available due to the quick turnaround of our purchase, Blake Carlisle at Mercedes-Benz ensured everything was handled smoothly. Once the cover arrived, it was promptly installed—along with a complimentary car wash. But here’s where it truly became a saving grace moment. After the purchase on Monday, we knew the vehicle needed window tinting. While the dealership doesn’t recommend specific providers, I found a local company with excellent reviews—Chino Tint. After having the tire cover installed, I drove over to Chino Tint to get the service done. As I sat outside due to limited seating, to my surprise, Blake Carlisle pulled up. He recognized me and immediately offered to drive me back to the dealership while the vehicle was being serviced—and then offered to bring me back once it was ready. This wasn’t about being impatient or uncomfortable. It was about Blake going out of his way—completely unprompted—to make sure I was taken care of. That level of service is rare and worth celebrating. Mercedes-Benz of Music City has a phenomenal team, but more importantly, they have incredible people. Huge thanks to Blake Carlisle for going above and beyond.

Ordered my GLB250 with all the right equipment - Spendy as my car topped out at over $52,000. Beautiful styling. I get compliments all the time - I had my car de-badged so there is an air of "What is it?" A few things I wish were standard equipment was the driver assist (radar based cruse control) and 360 camera system - all extra cost. The upgraded stereo was a must - I wish it had more low end sound. The Air Con seems weak - takes time to cool down on HOT days. My car is black with pano roof. I have a co worker who has a GLB and at less than 10,000 miles blown his cyl heads - OUCH $7,000 repair covered by warranty. Seems to be a common fault. The ride is graet - the milage is OK - I average around 21 in town and 30 on the highway. My previous GLA250 got excellent milage of 34 on the highway and 25 in town. I have the 7 passenger and love it - it is great for the kids 5.5 and under but it is not for adult seating. when not in use it has ample storage room. I have the Black w/ night package, advance lighting, pano roof, AMG styling package, Burmister stereo, Prem Package and the 19 inch 5 spoke AMG rims. Just a beautiful car with lots of curb appeal.

My Glb is probably the nicest suv I have ever driven. The ride is great, very little road noise. The info screen is huge and easy to use. The interior is luxurious and comfortable, big enough for 4 adults and I child or 3 large dogs. The 4 cylinder with a turbo is peppy and can step right up to pass.

Autumn did a stellar job of LISTENING first and then proceeded to show us our options. We did not plan to buy a car on that trip but we changed our minds! She did an excellent job - very warmly professional. Our experience was excellent including the rest of the team, John and Derrick! The GLB 250 is a solid modern stylish commuter. 7 passenger seating with generous legroom for driver and middle seats, the 3rd row seat is perfect for children 5'5" and shorter. When 3rd row is down the rear cargo space is just as roomy as its GLC sibling. The 2.0L 220HP turbine 4 cylinder powerplant and dual clutch transmission compliments each other so well on the road. Standard safety features on our base model is ample for our conservative leisure driving habits. Entertainment and state of the art MBUX information system is supported by 2 10.25 inch displays with 3 user friendly ways to view the driving, performance and entertainment via steering wheel controls, touch screens and center console controls. We opted for the no panoramic roof so we can enjoy our leisure travels supported by crossbars and a cargo box. Overall we love our chosen new Mercedes Benz.
