The car buying process at Habberstad BMW was rather straightforward. My salesperson, Paola, was very helpful in scheduling a visit to view the car and test drive, and answering any questions I had. Only once we were satisfied with the car did we move on to speaking about payment. Habberstad BMW didn't tack on any hidden fees, so taxes, titles, and document fees were the only additional costs, which they made transparent from the start. When it came to purchasing and picking up, the process was streamlined and was done in no more than one hour. After papers were signed, I was able to drive the car home and enjoy it. I would recommend Habberstad BMW to someone looking to buy a new or used car.

I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

The entire dealership staff at CPM was incredibly welcoming, making the process smooth, efficient, and completely hassle-free. I got my Jeep Compass Latitude from them, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Purchased the 2021 GLB because I was looking for a compact-sized SUV with third row seating for kids. The GLB also has a modern interior, I like the turbine-style air vents and the "surfboard" infotainment and instrument cluster. Despite what others have said about navigating the infotainment, I don't find it hard or cumbersome to use. However, one nuisance is having to scroll to the radio presets every now and then on the instrument display, sometimes it doesn't save the last setting. I also like the large panoramic sunroof although that's a $1500 option. The engine is peppy and the car is nimble (for an SUV) and has great class gas mileage. There are a few annoyances though: 1) The 2nd row seats don't fold all the way down IF the seats are moved to the front most position (the headrest hits the front seats), this makes it even more difficult to climb into the 3rd row; 2) Android Auto and Apply Carplay doesn't take up the full 10.25 inch infotainment screen, Google Maps only displays 7 inches; 3) the dual exhaust tips are fake. The GLB isn't very stylish, isn't very fast and performance-oriented, and it's not the most luxurious Mercedes; however it offers the perfect practicality. The only competitor is the Discovery Sport which is also a compact, luxury SUV with a third row.

It was the best experience I've ever had buying a new car! No stress the manager even sat down and talk to me. Not only about the new car. Just being interested in me made me feel important. They made me feel like I was buying a very expensive car. Also I love my new car...

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

I walked in to the dealership expecting the worse since I had bad experiences at other dealerships. Met with Sergio who made me feel welcome, practically held my hand and guided me through the entire process. Very patient. The staff is amazing. Although there were no facilities at the pre-own location which I did not stay long the new car showroom where all the paper work was done was fully equipped. I walked out with a 2016 Honda Civic and love my car. Great experience I will definitely recommend everyone I know to this place. From the receptionist to the managers all made me feel welcome. I cannot say anything negative about this car. I have owned 4 Mercedes prior to this one but this is the best so far. I am very happy with the car.

My only complaint is that the vehicle comes with run flat tires and no spare. The run flat tires don't allow for the best ride, but when it comes to everything else, the GLB is very good.

Ordered my GLB250 with all the right equipment - Spendy as my car topped out at over $52,000. Beautiful styling. I get compliments all the time - I had my car de-badged so there is an air of "What is it?" A few things I wish were standard equipment was the driver assist (radar based cruse control) and 360 camera system - all extra cost. The upgraded stereo was a must - I wish it had more low end sound. The Air Con seems weak - takes time to cool down on HOT days. My car is black with pano roof. I have a co worker who has a GLB and at less than 10,000 miles blown his cyl heads - OUCH $7,000 repair covered by warranty. Seems to be a common fault. The ride is graet - the milage is OK - I average around 21 in town and 30 on the highway. My previous GLA250 got excellent milage of 34 on the highway and 25 in town. I have the 7 passenger and love it - it is great for the kids 5.5 and under but it is not for adult seating. when not in use it has ample storage room. I have the Black w/ night package, advance lighting, pano roof, AMG styling package, Burmister stereo, Prem Package and the 19 inch 5 spoke AMG rims. Just a beautiful car with lots of curb appeal.

The GLB 250 is a solid modern stylish commuter. 7 passenger seating with generous legroom for driver and middle seats, the 3rd row seat is perfect for children 5'5" and shorter. When 3rd row is down the rear cargo space is just as roomy as its GLC sibling. The 2.0L 220HP turbine 4 cylinder powerplant and dual clutch transmission compliments each other so well on the road. Standard safety features on our base model is ample for our conservative leisure driving habits. Entertainment and state of the art MBUX information system is supported by 2 10.25 inch displays with 3 user friendly ways to view the driving, performance and entertainment via steering wheel controls, touch screens and center console controls. We opted for the no panoramic roof so we can enjoy our leisure travels supported by crossbars and a cargo box. Overall we love our chosen new Mercedes Benz.

I recently had a great shopping experience at European Masters with a salesperson Luis. He was very courteous and professional, obviously having customer`s best interest in mind. I initially contacted them over the phone and spoke to melissa, an internet sales rep. She politely answered all my questions and made an appointment for the following Monday. Upon arrival a vehicle of my interest was all prepped and shining. All in all I did spend there quite some time including a test drive, applying for financing, which turned out to be of better terms than my own that I previously was approved for and signing a contract. At the end of the day I drove off in my new car and was very satisfied with the process. Being a 3yr old the car had a highway mileage in Pennsylvania and drove and felt like new. Before this place I shopped in two other dealerships in Long Island and they both felt very disorganised and unprofessional. This place has a great selection of premium higher-end European cars, mostly BMW, Benz, Porsche. The condition of each looked top notch. And best part was that they walk their talk by following their promise and reconditioning some worn off part that didn`t look the best. Thank you, guys, thank you, Luis.

Fantastic vehicle all around ! I enjoy being able to customize the interior. Very comfortable. For a smaller SUV I did not expect to have so much room, there is plenty of leg room for a six foot man to comfortably sit in the back seat.
