I tend to ask a lot of questions, wanting to fully understand every detail, and Ricardo never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much.

I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

The staff is quick and friendly. My Advisor, Pedro is great! He is efficient and is considerate of my time. My car is maintained well and is always returned washed and the interior clean.

Purchased the 2021 GLB because I was looking for a compact-sized SUV with third row seating for kids. The GLB also has a modern interior, I like the turbine-style air vents and the "surfboard" infotainment and instrument cluster. Despite what others have said about navigating the infotainment, I don't find it hard or cumbersome to use. However, one nuisance is having to scroll to the radio presets every now and then on the instrument display, sometimes it doesn't save the last setting. I also like the large panoramic sunroof although that's a $1500 option. The engine is peppy and the car is nimble (for an SUV) and has great class gas mileage. There are a few annoyances though: 1) The 2nd row seats don't fold all the way down IF the seats are moved to the front most position (the headrest hits the front seats), this makes it even more difficult to climb into the 3rd row; 2) Android Auto and Apply Carplay doesn't take up the full 10.25 inch infotainment screen, Google Maps only displays 7 inches; 3) the dual exhaust tips are fake. The GLB isn't very stylish, isn't very fast and performance-oriented, and it's not the most luxurious Mercedes; however it offers the perfect practicality. The only competitor is the Discovery Sport which is also a compact, luxury SUV with a third row.

My experience was definitely Excellent. I couldn't be happier in my new car. I had a great time at this car dealer shop. The experience was very quick and the people are extremely nice.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

My Glb is probably the nicest suv I have ever driven. The ride is great, very little road noise. The info screen is huge and easy to use. The interior is luxurious and comfortable, big enough for 4 adults and I child or 3 large dogs. The 4 cylinder with a turbo is peppy and can step right up to pass.

Dealership was great about giving me an out the door price quote before I went and and responded quickly to all my questions before I came in. Still takes a long time to do all the paperwork! But better than others

I cannot say anything negative about this car. I have owned 4 Mercedes prior to this one but this is the best so far. I am very happy with the car.

We had prompt service combined with good communication and over excellent experience. We would recommend for sales and service. Had a quick turnaround after scheduling.

My only complaint is that the vehicle comes with run flat tires and no spare. The run flat tires don't allow for the best ride, but when it comes to everything else, the GLB is very good.

I purchased my new 2025 Lexus LX 700h Sport and traded in my 2023 Lexus GX . My husband n I walked in to the Lexus at Pembroke Pines dealership just to look at the Lexus LX and check prices, we were not planning to buy a car that day anyhow, a salesperson name Fred approached us and helped us to look at the LX that was available in the property. Fred was so patient and so prompt to answer whatever questions we might have . Fred was with us thru out the day and helping us if we wanted to trade in my GX . We finally decided to trade in my car for the Lx so it was time to crunch in numbers ( you know how that goes back n forth 😂) Fred understood that in our behalf we were trying to get the best numbers n what we wanted to pay monthly on our LX . Fred went back n forth to his manager until manager gave us a great deal what worked for us . I can say from my experience Fred and also the manager that was with Fred went above n beyond our expectations. Our experience with Fred was phenomenal and he is so polite and explained every detail on the LX n showed me how the safety n display features worked. We was so pleased and happy with our salesperson to the end . At the end he made sure we was pleased with the car . I highly recommend to go to Pembroke Pines Lexus dealership and definitely ask for Fred. He has patience and such a happy person and with lots of knowledge. Excellent vehicle. Smooth ride. Great appealing. Awesome ambient lights that make the interior very welcoming! Purchased it a week ago and loving every bit of it while driving. It has a 3rd row that is spacious enough for kids too! Overall, very stylish and attractive in/out!

Ordered my GLB250 with all the right equipment - Spendy as my car topped out at over $52,000. Beautiful styling. I get compliments all the time - I had my car de-badged so there is an air of "What is it?" A few things I wish were standard equipment was the driver assist (radar based cruse control) and 360 camera system - all extra cost. The upgraded stereo was a must - I wish it had more low end sound. The Air Con seems weak - takes time to cool down on HOT days. My car is black with pano roof. I have a co worker who has a GLB and at less than 10,000 miles blown his cyl heads - OUCH $7,000 repair covered by warranty. Seems to be a common fault. The ride is graet - the milage is OK - I average around 21 in town and 30 on the highway. My previous GLA250 got excellent milage of 34 on the highway and 25 in town. I have the 7 passenger and love it - it is great for the kids 5.5 and under but it is not for adult seating. when not in use it has ample storage room. I have the Black w/ night package, advance lighting, pano roof, AMG styling package, Burmister stereo, Prem Package and the 19 inch 5 spoke AMG rims. Just a beautiful car with lots of curb appeal.

Seeing that the used car market was so strong I traded in my 2017 SL 550 for a 2022 GLB 250. Actually, it wasn’t as difficult of a transition as I thought it would be. Of course I left the dealership with a brand new car and a check for $9k so that was nice. It has been an adjustment to go from 449 hp to 221 hp. Overall, I am extremely happy with this car. I think it is an unbelievable value. It is priced $5k more than the smaller GLA and $5k less than the GLC. It has a somewhat boxy styling but I think it definitely looks unique. Although I didn’t get it - I like the idea of a third row even if it is small. I absolutely love the giant tech screen in this car. The interior is very nice and the space in the back of the SUV is plenty big. This car drives smooth and I am very pleased with the stock stereo system. I definitely recommend this SUV.

The GLB 250 is a solid modern stylish commuter. 7 passenger seating with generous legroom for driver and middle seats, the 3rd row seat is perfect for children 5'5" and shorter. When 3rd row is down the rear cargo space is just as roomy as its GLC sibling. The 2.0L 220HP turbine 4 cylinder powerplant and dual clutch transmission compliments each other so well on the road. Standard safety features on our base model is ample for our conservative leisure driving habits. Entertainment and state of the art MBUX information system is supported by 2 10.25 inch displays with 3 user friendly ways to view the driving, performance and entertainment via steering wheel controls, touch screens and center console controls. We opted for the no panoramic roof so we can enjoy our leisure travels supported by crossbars and a cargo box. Overall we love our chosen new Mercedes Benz.

Fantastic vehicle all around ! I enjoy being able to customize the interior. Very comfortable. For a smaller SUV I did not expect to have so much room, there is plenty of leg room for a six foot man to comfortably sit in the back seat.
