Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

It was a very good experience, the car was detailed and fully gassed waiting for us, paperwork was done before we got there so it was waiting for us to sign and drive 👍

OMG there are not enough positive things I can say about my experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Austin! They are locally owned and it shows. They care about every customer and treat them as though each person is about to buy the most expensive car on the lot. They really CARE!!! I wish this company had a training program and trained every company in the NATION, no WORLD, no UNIVERSE (hee hee) how to treat each other. They are not just nice - they are genuine. They are not just polite or professional, they look for real world solutions for real world issues and are 100% human through it all. They do not candy coat or placate they solve, they find, they create. They work as a team to really help and I have not met one person here who deviates from that standard. Inspiring!

I can honestly say buying a used car through Mercedes Benz of Salt Lake City was the best experience I’ve had buying a car through a dealership. All the employees were great to work with. Had service A done and tires rotated. Hard to tell if oil was changed without a dip stick to look at and the tires I guess were rotated but hard to tell with the fact the tire pressure was the same in each wheel as before rotation.
