Bought a used car from them. It was well detailed and in good working order. Sales rep and leadership are professional. If you are used to haggling, that is not really how they operate, but we paid a fair price for the car and when we had a minor issue they helped?even though they did not have to. That?s quality and compassion, which when you buy a used car you rarely see or receive. We are happy with our purchase and the dealership. Sales rep was exceptional.

The final thing that made it all the best car buying experience of my life was, Holly came out, set up my phone, made sure I knew how to operate it properly and then set up all my favorite channels on the satelite radio. We stopped into Mercedes of Westmont as a second stop in our search for a new car. I am not really a fan of buying new cars, we typically buy a car and drive it until it’s dead, just so we don’t have to go thru the whole purchasing process of getting a new car.
