Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

Liz in sales was always helpful and made the buying process a breeze. She addressed all my concerns about the Carfax report, pricing & extra keys. The dealership's facilities are convenient & very clean. The vehicle itself was in great condition. The financing process can be made more transparent. It would be helpful to know about the extended warranty options beforehand as cost of these options can add 10-20% to the cost of the car. It is hard to make this decision at the last moment. However, I could have added to the financing.

Mercedes Benz and honestly it was the most stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had. Kimberly Quintero, in sales, was extremely patient and straight forward. She dealt with me sizing the back seats and taking calls with my wife regarding child car seats and positioning. Kimberly was the absolute best when it came to showing the vehicle and even doing research on work done by the prior owner. It was also a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who was so transparent and not aggressive at all.
