Just had a great experience with the purchase of a Pre-Owned MB E350 wagon! Carlos Nazario, the salesman, was great at follow up and making sure everything was ready on time and the car was perfect! Bob Lasagne and Thomas Rudaj were also great to work with, professional and honest and made sure everything was right. Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

I purchased EQE 350/25 , I request the quote on Saturday and finish all the numbers over the phone and I pick up the car on Tue (my day off) . The transaction was very clear and smooth . Purchased my first Benz with Tom at MB of Newton. It is such a pleasant process! I was initially worrying that I have to make multiple trips to the dealership for the transaction as I live 1hr away from there. It turns out that after test drive, everything happened smoothly via phone and email. The discussion on price and packages was very transparent and friendly. My questions always got answered promptly and I never felt being pressured to make quick decision. In the end, Tom even delivered the car himself directly to my house, and it was detailed beautifully. I was in the market for a high-end car and in the process went to 3 MB dealers. I not only chose the best one but ended up with the best MB ambassador, Joe Sangiamino. I would definitely say Mr Catena “knows how to pick’em.” Joe is an asset to the dealership. He was most pleasant to work with and I would be hard-pressed to go elsewhere.
