With an regular A1 service for my Mercedes, they went from bumper to bumper and sent me a video of the report. It was fast and helpful. Completely satisfied!

I have been in the market to replace my ML400 and was looking to upgrade to a GLE AMG53. I have done my homework and know what I want and quickly learned that I would have to order. I dealt with a number of dealers and sales people (including someone else at this dealership) in my attempts to buy a car, but they either: were non-responsive, wanted to sell me something I don't want, evaded my questions, ghosted me, etc. I love my MB and was hoping to get another one, but it got to the point that I was contemplating switching makes. I finally reached out to Danny Nasr. He was extremely responsive, professional, answered my questions, and provided helpful information. We ironed out my build within a day, and he offered a fair price. I should get my car in in a few months. No games. Done!

Mr. Wright (salesman) and Ms. Hana (financing), provided awesome customer service. They were NOT pushy or unhelpful. Ms. Hana looked at the apr my bank was charging me, and provided me a MUCH lower apr. They made me feel like a valued customer.

Elaina our salesperson was wonderful. Responded quickly to all of our phone calls with questions. Organized and completed all the documents so when we drove from MA to MD most of the paperwork was done . The car was exactly as described and ready for us to take home after we signed the documents. Dorit in the finance department was also pleasant to work with. Overall, a great experience with pleasant helpful people guiding us along the way. We love the car and recommend Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring MD. Happy customers!

I recently had my vehicle serviced. Dakari Merrill was my service advisor. It was just happenstance that I asked him about the A service. I met him a year ago and was so pleased about his guidance and recommendations. So I just happened to ask him this time without realizing it was him. I was so excited that I chose him out of the other service consultants that morning. He exemplifies the service provided by this dealership associated with Mercedes-Benz vehicles. The manager, Pascuale, bent over backwards to accomodate me. The finance manager (Sue Kim) was very transparent.
