Promptly greeted and led to service writer’s desk, written up right away with a lot of personal service attention as far as follow up and clarifying questions, this made me feel like they really were invested in fixing the issues. Service writer Richard was very relaxed and personable and engaged in conversation outside of my car as well, nice personal touch. The car was serviced, repaired, vacuumed, washed and brought up front. Another thing I really appreciated was that I decided after the fact to wait which they didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience and actually expedited my service visit without cutting corners. The very professional technician Todd even came to the waiting room as well as the shop foreman to gather further information. All issues repaired at this visit. After some time, dealing with the other dealer, I was able to get my new Coupe. Dave went through everything on the vehicle and helped setup my preferences. The finance department was wonderful and did not try to push extra or additional products. They went over my options and explained everything. In the long run I used my credit union because the interest rate was lower than their best interest rates; the process was smooth and accomplished in 15 minutes or so! The shipping company Marko recommended got the van to us in under two days. When the van arrived we were very pleased. There were a couple minor issues that needed repair and both Marko and Aaron Pfeifer in the service department worked with us and our dealership in California. We are so pleasantly surprised with how smooth of a process this was and how professional and trustworthy the people at Zimbrick are. Makes us want to move to Wisconsin (or at least visit)!
