Didn't rate the experience 5* because I'm not sure that's possible. Probably as good as it gets. Anyway, just had my first PM and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Andrew was waiting as I exited the car, went through prepared paperwork and was driving off in my loaner call in about 5minutes. Car was ready & washed on time and I was out as fast or faster than the drop off. Awesome experience.

The entire staff had a smile on their face and were friendly. I worked with Elhadj and he was a man of his word. He went over and above to make sure I was taken care of while at the dealership. He was very personable and easy going. He was transparent about the vehicle and their sales process, which I really appreciated. This was my first time buying a car solo, so customer service and honesty was of top priority for me. After the test drive, we sat down and talked honestly about the numbers before my credit was pulled. Ultimately, the numbers aligned with my research so I felt comfortable with moving forward and pursuing the purchase. After about ten minutes I was approved!
