Searching for a convertible for a few months since the wife wanted white with red interior convertible. Car rides very smoothly. Car is easy to drive and we love that interacts with us. Car is very comfortable and sturdy. We love the that it receives verbal commands and executed them.

I like the option of the natural wood steering wheel, 21 inch tires and wheels trailer hitch if needed. The entertainment center is great, heated and cooled seats Have customizable controls. The SUV is just the perfect size not too big and not too small. Took it on a 9 Hour Rd. trip my kids love to drive it. People who look into the car make comments of how great it looks inside as we drive by in parking lots! Lots of room for passengers and luggage

I purchased EQE 350/25 , I request the quote on Saturday and finish all the numbers over the phone and I pick up the car on Tue (my day off) . The transaction was very clear and smooth . And the price was a lot lower then other MB dealer ( i requested the quote for the same model EQE) Highly recommend Down Morris the sales person who help me on this deal El precio y los números que dan en este concesionario fue el mejor entre varios concesionarios que estuve averiguando, Los precios fueron confirmado a través del teléfono y correo electrónico en el mismo dia que llame y en dos dias fui y recogí el carro.. La vendedora Down Morris fue muy profesional y gentil .. 지난 2년간 저희 가족이 차를 3대 구입하였습니다 ,이 딜러가 좋은점은 가격가지고 장난을 안치고 전화와 이메일로 모든 딜을 매듭짖고 , 딜러에는 차 픽업하는날 시간정한후 가서 서명하고 차픽업만 해서 편했습니다, 물론 제가 의심이 많아서 항상 같은 모델을 주변 딜러에 문의하고 비교한후 결정을 하지만 항상 이 딜러의 가격이 최고의 가격이더군요 이번 EQE 경우는 다른 딜러에서 오천불 다운을 원했던 월 리스 가격보다 몇불 적게 나왔으니까요 .. 차도 딜러 대모가 아닌 13마일 뛴 새차였고요 . 다운 모리스라는 외국인 딜러인대 차분하게 말 길게 안하고 (제가 영어권이 아니라 긴말 싫어해요) 너무 편안하였습니다 .

Great car but I miss v6 as my 2017 gle had. Also the ambient light could be brighter. I also have the night/sport package and love the amg rims)

At a different Volvo dealership, my car was sitting waiting for service from the 13th. Prestige Volvo kept giving me extended wait times despite me calling to get a rough lead time before getting my car towed there. On the 29th I ran out of patience. Smythe and a few other Volvo dealerships have told me that they can see it on the same day or next if I get it towed there. I've had a good experience at Smythe with my old 99 S80, so I chose them. My car was seen the same day. The difference in service was night and day. I received a digital sign off on the work to be done, along with a video of things to look out for. I couldn't believe it. Meanwhile, I would probably still be waiting around for my car to be seen at the other dealership. I don't know what their issue was, and it no longer matters. I won't be back there ever. Thanks to everyone at Smythe!

Love our new GLE350. Just perfect for us. We always return to MB. Will enjoy it every day. So easy to drive. Wife loves it.

I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to.
