Chris Calltharp did an excellent job finding us the perfect luxury suv, a QX 60. We visited many other dealerships to look at an explorer, pathfinder, blazer, rx350, Range Rover, Toyota and some used suvs at Carmax. Car rides very smoothly. Car is easy to drive and we love that interacts with us. Car is very comfortable and sturdy. We love the that it receives verbal commands and executed them.

I like the option of the natural wood steering wheel, 21 inch tires and wheels trailer hitch if needed. The entertainment center is great, heated and cooled seats Have customizable controls. The SUV is just the perfect size not too big and not too small. Took it on a 9 Hour Rd. trip my kids love to drive it. People who look into the car make comments of how great it looks inside as we drive by in parking lots! Lots of room for passengers and luggage

Great car but I miss v6 as my 2017 gle had. Also the ambient light could be brighter. I also have the night/sport package and love the amg rims)

Update, I was quickly contacted by the GM who promised to make good on the car by either getting rid of the smell or take the car back.

This dealership is so professional. Jose went the additional mile for me as I was shopping for a vehicle online and could not get there to see the car. He gave me a visual tour of the vehicle and showed me everything rt down to a tiny unnoticeable spot. He was very upfront and honest and he was willing to help in any way he could. He was very nice and genuine. He allowed me to make up my own mind about the car I wanted, but made sure that he informed me of everything that I needed to know about the vehicle. I felt very comfortable working with him. I could tell it was not about selling a car, but more so- establishing a relationship and doing right by me as a customer. I truly respect him as a salesman. I have owned over 30 Mercedes-Benz cars. Unfortunately, I have a G wagon that caught a flat and nobody could figure out how to pull off the cover to get to Lugnuts. I called many places finally went into the dealership service couldn't help except for me to buy the tool $70 PEAUX Benson sales manager went out of his way to pull the G wagon apart to figure out where they hid this little device. It took him a long time, and he finally found it agreed second effort. He deserves a A great review this professionalism is rare in the world we live
