I had a wonderful experience with this car dealership, and with mr.Dough Gerhardt in particular. I contacted them by e-mail to enquiry about a ford Mustang convertible, and I received prompt reply. They didn’t have the exact model I was looking for, but mr. Dough worked promptly with me in finding the vehocle and offering me the best price on the market. He answered all of my numerous questions (as a first car buyer you can only imagine that I had quite a few LOL) and very curteously offered me the assistance I needed, without being pushy. I ended up buying another vehicle at a dealership closer to me, especially because they were offering a special on an unlimited warranty, but I just wanted to let everybody know that I wouldn’t hesistate one second to get back with him if I needed another car today. And even when I let him know that I wasn’t buying a vehicle with them, he still very curteously replied wishing me the best of luck. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Absolutely love my 2022 GL E3 50. I have the AMG exterior Effects and I love the looks. Super responsive power and hand handling. Also love the dash and the interior lighting options. Absolutely love everything about the car except for that you have to use premium fuel. But I still highly recommend it

I did not know anything about Auto Lenders until I found a vehicle online that interested me. It was at the Palm Harbor, Florida location. I made an appointment to see the vehicle and immediately received an email welcoming me, directions to the location and a short list of items to bring with me. This was very helpful. Upon arriving at Auto Lenders, I was immediately greeted and escorted inside to meet my salesman, Juan. The first thing that he talked about was a thorough explanation of Auto Lenders, including where and how they acquired their inventory, their requirements for cars in their inventory and who they are. Very helpful. We then inspected the car I had seen online and took it for a test drive. The car was exactly as advertised. Beautiful condition inside and out. The rest of the process was very easy. The Sales Manager, Blake came to us and chatted offering his help in any way. We met Service personnel who offered our first oil change at no charge and every fourth oil change at no charge. The final step was signing paperwork and finance. This was extremely efficient and complete. This was overall the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. We have already shared this positive experience with friends.

Demetrios was nothing short of phenomenal, and my car buying experience was simply amazing. Knowing I was having a hard time finding a vehicle Demetrios literally drove to my house and picked me up in what turned out to be my new AMG GLE 43. The buying process was incredibly easy and fast, got approved in no time, was driving away from the lot in literally a few hours later in my new car! This was my seventh Mercedes that I have purchased. While the automobile and the dealership are excellent, what I wanted to rave about is my salesman on this purchase, Martin Kockler. Martin is highly professional and very polite. He supplied me with timely information that I required to finalize the transaction. I do not like to be “ oversold “ . Martin’s approach was refreshing and I would definitely purchase a car from him in the future.

As auto service is not my favorite thing to do, I must say that having Richard Webb as my service rep makes it a much better experience. He is very thorough and explains everything so well. He always makes me feel like I’m important. It is nice to have the same person to call each time I come to Crown. I feel like a human instead of a number. It’s a nice change from my previous car. My only observation is that your coke dispenser is in need of much improvement. It has never had the correct ratio of syrup to seltzer and no ice. For being a luxury car dealer this needs an update. I would rather pay for a good cold drink than have that for “free”. It’s a poor representation of the dealerships ability to provide and maintain a service. I don’t even want a coffee from the other machines because I feel like it’s not maintained either. But overall I love Crown Eurocars and I love my GWaggie!
