Have owned since new, 90,000 miles now, the only faults with the 250 that I have is no spare tire, and only a 16+ gallon fuel tank, the plus side (never had a flat) it gets great fuel mileage highway near 40, (right foot controlled) 25 around town, very torqu'e engine, zero problems with car, wish they still delivered a diesel in the USA,

I purchased a Glk350 new in 2011, picking it up in Germany on overseas delivery. I have purchased at least 30 new cars, domestic and foreign, during my 75 years and THIS has been by far the best. I believe MB bult the original with a very specific aim for a premium product, unlike some of the other small vehicles they produce. I still own the car and am reluctant to buy another vehicle because this one has been bulletproof. No squeaks or rattles. 100% reliable for the 85,000 miles driven, with only regular maintenance (and I have performed most of it including oil and filter changes and even spark plugs and igniters). Performed all regular maintenace as scheduled. Comfortable, reasonably quiet, very stable, handles well and fast for a small SUV. Opted for the HK sound system and it is VERY good. Beautiful audiophile sound, no bass ramp up or distortion. Paint is still immaculate even with Florida sun. Interior has held up well with the exception of a tear on the driver's seat for which an OE replacement cover is readily available online. Only possible criticisms: Back seat legroom is not great for large adults, otherwise adequate and comfortable; uses premium fuel and gets about 23 mpg ave for me, but I drive less than 10,000 miles a year, so no issue; and transmission fluid change which was changed on the original schedule to 40,000 miles was somewhat expensive, but I did get a $200 coupon which offset half of it. For a small SUV it handles great and seems built like a tank. Truly like a more modern but small G wagon.

Highly recommend Gary Yeomans Honda! I recently traded in my six year old Honda Civic for the 2026 model. Love the car and Jason Gama is a super salesman. Showed me all my options ( car & buying). I bought this car in June 2009 and still have it. I have everything on it except the rear DVD. One concern is the low profile of the tires for the 20" wheels. This makes it more susceptible to pothole damage and occasional alignment adjustments. Still, it's a great car. I also like the running boards because they prevent door dings.

My overall experience with Classic Elite was very good! The people were great. My service advisor was Holly Widman and she was great to work with. The only drawback was the time it took.

Sturdy, reliable, comfortable cruiser, gets better mileage than expected, darn good car. I would buy this again. Since its an older car, it doesn't have all the driver assist tools but, I feel this is a very safe car.

We had the most incredible experience at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore - Huntington Beach, CA. Barry Luke is the representative that handled getting my wife's new Honda civic LX. I can't talk enough about how amazing and refreshing this experience with him was. From the get go, Barry wasn't pushy, calm, and most importantly - he beat the rest of the competition. I personally went to the socal honda website and contacted probably 75% of the dealerships in Los Angeles and Barry's deal was the best. From his calm attitude and demeanor, care, and respect for making things quick - we were in and out of the dealership within ONE HOUR and drove off the lot with our new car after our 2020 trade in. He made sure not to waste our time. Again, I can't recommend him and the team over there enough. We bought this car for my wife in 2020 at the edge of the pandemic. It had 55K km at the time and we now have 190K km. We have done the usual necessary maintenance services and it has been excellent and still is a great car for the value. I love it and particularly enjoy the diesel economical driving. Too bad Mercedes stopped making it.

I had am 11 o’clock appointment but Atilla already had a customer in his Office. He still tried to take care of me and he did , but I also could have come an hour later. You have an employee named Jazz who explained the new car to me, she is so good at her job I was so pleasantly surprised. She was patient, and professional. I give her an AAA RATING OTHERWISE I had a rental car I needed to return, it would have been nice if one of your employees would have been available to follow me to Avis. Instead I had to bother a neighbor, in the mean time Avis closed at 2 and I got there at 3 My new car was parked on the street in front of the dealership since the next day was Sunday. I was worried that the car would be stollen and my neighbor called me with the same concern, so we went and got it. ( that was the 4th trip) back and forth Atilla did a good job. From start to getting my new Tucson it took 7 hours due to your companies lack of service. Schomp Ford has a valet, maybe you should take a page out of their customer service.

i am the recent second owner from a family member that purchased new in 2013 and put 47k miles over 9 years. it is a comfortable& powerful. it has an attractive muscular design unlike all its competitors of its age as well as most now. not everyone wants a vehicle that is so similarly rounded as most the others. no wonder MB designed a boxier suv in the GLB. though the GLB is a turbo 4cyl fwd, making it less desirable imo.

I own a 2015 glk 350 4matic..natural aspirated v6..yes the electronics are out of date but if you buy a car tomorrow your too late for it still.overall the suv is as fast as a hemi dodge..handles and rides like a Mercedes and..the wind noise can be reduced with a new window seal..should be covered by Mercedes. Since the car is truly amazing even with that.Just play your favorite music and enjoy many smile along those miles ..currently I'm at 88k.and I've driven cross country multiple times..im.looking forward to my next

It’s a really good looking car especially in the pearl beige metallic Color and with the golden interior. Its seats are very comfortable and stylish. Only issues are that the car has problems here and there but that’s expected for a car that’s 12 years old. It’s a great starter luxury car!

Purchased the car in Germany overseas delivery in 2011 and have driven it continuously for 11 years. The most reliable, practical vehicle I have owned and that includes more than 30 cars and SUVS, foreign and domestic. Other than routine oil changes, which I do myself, and filter changes, I have found it necessary only to replace the tires and brakes (at 75,000 miles even though they had some material remaining), the serpentine belt and bulbs. It is a comfortable SUV in the front seat, but minimal for adults in the rear seat. Durable materials, upgraded HK stereo is great. When I look at other cars to replace this one, I cannot find anything better. Still looks and drives like new. VERY well built.

Let me start by saying I hate the car buying experience so my defenses were already up when I walked into the beautiful showroom. But my distrust turned very quickly into patient interest. What a good experience it turned out to be with our sales man. Ali was top natch. He listened and then led us to cars that met our expectations. We tried several different cars and then found one that we loved. This dealership negotiated until we agreed on the price. It was not as horrible as I had anticipated. This was the sixth different brand car that we test drove. so we had put a lot of research into this process. We would return to Adi if we ever were looking for a car again.

Owning 2012 GLK 350. Fast enough power , smooth drive. You can take on off-road and will do fine in sand or mud. 2x4 but still will crawl out of trouble. Looking for 2nd one for my wife.

This was my first Mercedes after several BMW's and Volvo's. I bought the extended warranty and never used it. Waste of money. This little SUV is very reliable and other than brake pads and rotors, I have done nothing to it. Currently have 83k miles and have had it since 36k miles. Have the MBTex seats. Not crazy about the feel or durability. The BMW equivalent is much better. Other than the seat material, I really cannot cite an issue or problem with the car.

John was my salesman, Adam was the sales manager. I forget the name of the finance guy, but he was very nice too. This was one of the greatest dealer experiences I have ever had. First of all they have no dealer fee. The entire team went above and beyond. They all kept every single promise they made. John was very attentive to our needs. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I love the car but little things would definitely boost it. Currently there is a poor location for the usb port, the finish comes off the switches EASILY and there is poor leg room in the back. The accordion cover is a pain if something goes underneath it and it loves to eat a debit card. I have had my car for six years and now am having multiple things go out at once....none are cheap

No salesperson chasing your xxx around! Oh, just show your license and test drive alone! Trish and her dog Bubbles were my sales team. Trish handled all the human stuff while Bubbles did a lot of lovin’ and talking, just sayin’. Here’s a beautiful thing! With no trade I was out the door all in for $13,500. The issue with GLK’s is that the front CAM Sensors leak oil and will get worse with time. This is because as the oil level drops the sensors become brittle and start leaking due to lengthy in between oil changes. Easy to spot, open the hood, undo the clips to plastic cover in front of motor and check for oil leaks! In Houston we look at 31 GLKs before we found one with no leaks.

Got an older forester from these guys a few weeks back for my kid. No funny stuff, they quoted me on a phone and kept their word when I got there.

I own a 2012 Mercedes Benz GLK 350 . I love the performance and look, style and design of the auto. I would recommend this auto to others in that it is worth the investment.
