This is my second experience at MB of Westwood. The first experience was horrible, but since then many things have changed in the second experience was what you would expect. I had sales person Matthew Waugh, who was excellent, professional and helpful. The Finance director, Nichole was a straight shooter and fabulous as well. Marco, who was recently brought on in a management position in sales was the icing on the cake.

Went to 3 other dealers before being reccomend to matt Harris and knew instantly it was our last stop. We has been treated like xxxx at the other dealers. 1 lied to us and another told us he would not replace bald tires on a 2 year old luxury vehicle. The second we met Matt we knew we were In great hands. My fiance got the Mercedes she wanted at a fair price and the vehicle recieved everything it needed in the shop before we looked at it. The finance guy treated us like human being and never once felt like I was being had. Oh I forgot to mention that I sold cars for the last 17 years so I recognized great people right away. Dakota was honestly the best sales associate I have ever dealt with. She was professional, kind, straight to the point and fast. I was able to close my loan in 3 hours even with adjustments needing to be made on the paperwork because she made me a priority. Dakota was responsive to all of my silly questions and made sure my car was ready when I was available to pick it up.
