I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

Fantastic very attentive service experience from the arrival to the departure. Promptly greeted and led to service writer’s desk, written up right away with a lot of personal service attention as far as follow up and clarifying questions, this made me feel like they really were invested in fixing the issues. Service writer Richard was very relaxed and personable and engaged in conversation outside of my car as well, nice personal touch. The car was serviced, repaired, vacuumed, washed and brought up front. Another thing I really appreciated was that I decided after the fact to wait which they didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience and actually expedited my service visit without cutting corners. The very professional technician Todd even came to the waiting room as well as the shop foreman to gather further information. All issues repaired at this visit.
