The service was okay overall. The staff was courtious but the wait time is longer than expected and communication could have been better but i appreciate more updates during the process.

I blew a tire driving through Jackson on my way to New Orleans on a Friday afternoon. Mercedes Roadside Assistance had my car towed to the Jackson dealership. I had resigned myself to waiting until at least Monday for a new tire. But the dealership had the tire in stock, and Brian Kelly came in ON HIS DAY OFF to replace my tire. Kindness and excellence does not happen very often anymore. Thank you so much!

Took my car in for overnight service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. In particular my overnight advisor Adam, who provided excellent service and advice. He made sure I felt comfortable asking about anything and throughly explained every issue, made the process easy and seamless.

I had a fantastic experience at this dealership! Griffin was my primary contact throughout the sales process and I cannot thank him enough for the wonderful assistance he provided me. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and upon hearing about the negative experiences people have had at dealerships in general I became nervous about the process but Griffin alleviated my nerves quickly. He was not your typical pushy or overly persuasive car salesman, rather he was respectful, attentive, and patient from beginning to end, especially when answering my questions, teaching me how to navigate the technology of the car, setting up the Mercedes app and so forth. Not to mention that due to my initial nervousness I had brought my family along and Griffin also took the time to answer their questions, which I appreciated as I know addressing the comments of multiple people at one time can be a lot to handle. The financing director, Marco, also exhibited the same traits during the purchasing process which I greatly appreciated. I traded my Civic for a used 4Runner. David & Ofelia were most respectful and unhurried despite my needs being far outside their usual business in exotic cars. They graciously agreed to immediately do all the crucial repairs found upon inspection without increasing my cost. Finished within four days just as promised.
