We bought our car from Richard, who handles the retail side of the business. He was awesome (friendly, professional and easygoing). All the cars I saw in their facility looked extremely well taken care of, which tells me they are very selective about what cars they buy and sell. I was expecting the typical back and forth negotiating the purchase and trade-in for a new CLE, but was pleasantly surprised that I was in and out in less than two hours.

My experience was satisfactory. I was planning to buy a new car but they didn?t have the car with the color combination I was looking for so they sold me a loner car with 2.500 miles. After a week of driving we had issues with brakes and rear camera. As I am writing this review the car is in the shop.
