This vehicle is very fun to drive for a commercial service vehicle. It is very sharp and handles very well. We love the cameras for backing up and parking. 360 degree view around the vehicle. This will be much safer than our RAM.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and upon hearing about the negative experiences people have had at dealerships in general I became nervous about the process but Griffin alleviated my nerves quickly. He was not your typical pushy or overly persuasive car salesman, rather he was respectful, attentive, and patient from beginning to end, especially when answering my questions, teaching me how to navigate the technology of the car, setting up the Mercedes app and so forth. Not to mention that due to my initial nervousness I had brought my family along and Griffin also took the time to answer their questions, which I appreciated as I know addressing the comments of multiple people at one time can be a lot to handle. I have had a couple warranty-covered issues with my otherwise-wonderful 2018 Pacifica. At J-Star, there was no hassle and they even noticed another warranty-covered item and took care of it for me.

My score was so so but they still got me a good rate.
