We purchased a new higher end vehicle from Shango Honda this fall. Since it was one of the first 2016 models off the factory line it had a "bug" in the electronic system. Joe Z, the manager, and Cliff, our salesman, went above and beyond to help correct the problem. I cannot say enough how appreciative we are. Their business practices are simply refreshing. The honesty, integrity, and genuine concern for the customer that they displayed will keep us coming back for many years and we will be traveling 40+ miles to do so.
