James did an outstanding job with our Euro delivery order last summer by providing a loaner car because 2019 model was not available at the time needed. Recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Rocklin Audi. I dealt with salesman Bill Dameri. In the negogiations I also dealt with manager Andrew Lyons . Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. I compared their offer with other Audi dealers in the area and they were easily the best. I had a very good experience dealing with Rocklin Audi. They were excellent to work with and I recommend them.

John Nishita, our service rep., always provides exceptional service. He values our time to accommodate our schedule. He takes the time to explain what work will be done and updates us on any changes. Our car is typically ready ahead of schedule and detailed when we pick it up. The experience begins the moment we pull into the service bay and are immediately greeted by one of the porters, who escorts us to the waiting area. We certainly recommend MB of Rocklin from sales staff to service staff for an exceptional experience.
We stopped by MB of EDH after we got a low tire pressure indication. They determined that we had run over a nail and promptly repaired the tire while we waited. Dan Clark was our service rep and he kept us informed throughout of the status of the repair. Additionally, because we were newcomers to EDH, Dan didn't even charge us for the repair. We'll definitely be back to MB of EDH when we need any service for our ML400.

I was looking for something fun to drive and which had a lot of comfort features. I brought the SLK 250 and I could not be happier. It is fun to drive and has so many feature that I still have not been able to figure them all out. The service I have had at the dealership has been excellent and am really glad I made the decision to by Mercedes.
Service work always done with pride and I never have any complaints. a trusted dealership, with pleasant employees . The only problem I find is service is a little over priced.
