Bought a new Mustang awhile back. Great experience with Edwin Torres. Since then have used their service department for everything including all oil changes and I drive 35 miles each way to do so. Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.

Stopped in with an invite for a trade-in of my ATS. Paul Dowman was very pleasant and informative. We couldn't come to an agreement on the trade-in value of my ATS as it had been in an accident involving the air bags. While in great condition in my opinion, the air bag incident was a deal breaker. Everyone tried, but I decided to keep the car, as it's running fine. Will head back to Dimmitt when ready for my next Caddy.

As auto service is not my favorite thing to do, I must say that having Richard Webb as my service rep makes it a much better experience. He is very thorough and explains everything so well. He always makes me feel like I’m important. It is nice to have the same person to call each time I come to Crown. I feel like a human instead of a number. It’s a nice change from my previous car. My only observation is that your coke dispenser is in need of much improvement. It has never had the correct ratio of syrup to seltzer and no ice. For being a luxury car dealer this needs an update. I would rather pay for a good cold drink than have that for “free”. It’s a poor representation of the dealerships ability to provide and maintain a service. I don’t even want a coffee from the other machines because I feel like it’s not maintained either. But overall I love Crown Eurocars and I love my GWaggie!
