Recently (within last month) bought a used Mercedes from this dealership. Marvin was fantastic, answered all of my questions, went on test drive, found the second key, had it detailed before pickup and even took the time to program my phone, etc. I would have given 5 stars but the financing process was a bit much. In the end I bought a beautiful car and am happy with my purchase.

It's an 2023 S-class Mercedes. That pretty much says it all. The fact the it is also a Plug in Hybrid just makes it even better. Plug in at home and you will hardly ever need to buy gas. Plus it is so smooth running on electric that you will love the car even more. Best one I have owned and I have been driving these since 1998.

I got a 2019 model x from this dealership about a year ago. I’m extremely happy with my experience there and with the car. We went back and the owner helped us finance our leased Cadillac with our own credit union without charging us anything extra. Truly amazing people. Nima, Cam and Sasha are hardworking and honest people. I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who’s looking for a car.

This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.

Professional, warm, friendly and courteous. And I got a great deal. Very satisfied.

S450 is a great value. Plenty of power. Very comfortable. Quiet and smooth ride. Don't need the big engine. Would definitely buy again. Very dependable.

My 1995 E320 has been a fantastic car, with 138k on the clock and just simple regular maintenance. It has not let me down. Enough power to get up and go, comfort and quality even almost 30 years later is top tier. Couldn't recommend a better car for what you can pick these up for! Only thing I would say is make sure the wiring harness was replaced with the updated harness before buying one.

I bought this car online and dealt with Cesar, my sales rep. He was amazing and along with the general manager made the buying process simple and easy. They sent me photos and we facetimed to be able to see the car inside and out in detail. Cesar picked me up at the airport, had paperwork ready, test drove the car with me, had the vehicle nicely detailed and with a full tank of gas and showed me all the new features on my new car. I was very thankful for that because much has changed with MB and so much more technology to learn from my 2010 E class. The ride and comfort of the GLC300 is superb and driving it over 2000 miles homes was such a pleasure. I am now 3 years into ownership of a 2018 CLS 550, which I purchased new. The motivating factor to buy was that this was to be the last year that the big twin turbo V8 would be offered and it is a wonderful powerplant. I have not had one moment of regret since the day I picked my car up at the dealership and this includes MB service, which has been superb. I have done a few minor upgrades to the car, such as adding CarPlay, eliminating the engine shutoff feature, adding a rear spoiler and swapping out the standard front grill for an AMG vertical bar version. I haven't owned a car for 3 years+ in 50 years of driving, but every time I start to look at replacing my CLS, I can't find a vehicle that I would be satisfied with over the CLS, without spending well north of $100k. I love the power, the handling, the luxury features and the gorgeous lines of this car. In my opinion, at its current used car price, if you could find a 2015-2018 model year, (pretty much the same car) with low mileage, its one of the best used cars available. Strongly recommend.

My new GLC plugin hybrid was having trouble initializing the digital extras. It appears not able to finish the task beyond 24 hours. I reported the problem to my sales. She promptly arranged services and escalated the case to her manager and Mercedes Customer Assistance. A case was created with Customer Assistance directing service to troubleshoot the problem. With a coordinated effort they were able to fix the problem and return my car in pristine condition a few days later. I?m impressed. My experience with them is five-star.

I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.
