I had a great experience here at Mercedes of Pleasanton the person I dealt there was Kris he was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to you I didn't feel pushed at all I haven't bought a car yet but I will be returning there
I called MBZ Pleasanton talked to Scott in sales. He got the info I needed in minuets. We were able to strike a great deal and got the car. I recommend working with scott in sales he went above and beyond.
My only complaint was the finance side of the deal. Finance had something on my credit that was not mine and even the bank that showed up on my Credit confirmed it was not mine in any way. The finance guy did not care and just said too bad... they still got me an ok rate. I give 5 stars to scott (sales) and Andy (Mrg) but 3 stars to finance. Scott and Andy threw in a year of the difference in payment and took it off the price. Great sales and service!!!
I defiantly recommend this dealer and will buy another MBZ from Scott in sales again.
We were looking for a specific make and model for our son who had just turned 18 and would be going off to college with it this fall. My husband found one listed online and it was right here in our hometown, Alameda. I went right over and looked at it, and met Alex and Julian, test drove it and bought it.
The whole experience of dealing with a used car dealership way exceeded my expectations. They followed through on every one of their offers and promises, and went over the top in making sure we were happy, and still are! Very professional, as well as friendly, and easy to talk to about any concerns.
I have already recommended them to several friends. When I need another used car in the future, I'm going straight to Diamond Auto Sales in Alameda.

Bought my 2002 almost a year ago and have fallen in love with everything about this machine. As soon as I purchased it, I had all fluids changed and plugs as car had 97k and didn’t have a lot of history on servicing. That was expensive but heard fluid maintenance on these was very important. Also changed main belt and both radiator hoses using genuine Mercedes parts which are not that expensive. Bottom line is this is a driving experience. Purchased the car super cheap and all in after 1 yr car owes me 11k. Try to find a better used car for 11k. Good luck.
Seriously, great service, I pulled up, dropped the car, and was out the door in less then 15 minutes. This is typical customer service here, I have never had any issues. I've owned a Mercedes years ago, and when I took it in for Service st another dealership, it was never pleasant, and took so long. Again, great service, Danny took great care of me and my car, having it brought in in a timely manner and the repairs completed right on time. I appreciate this so much,
I've never experienced customer service like this in my life. I wish they could run every business and every operation the way Daniel Salinas ran the show.
Got appointment scheduled, dropped car off for service and picked up my clean, freshly washed car 30 minutes before the promised finish time. No drama and very systematic. Just the way it should be.
As usual, my Service Advisor (Jay Faulkner) is very helpful. He explains issues in detail.
My only issue during this service was the gas on my loaner car; it had only 1/8 gas - I never had a loaner less than a 1/4 tank . .
My 2006 Mercedes Benz S 500 developed an issue with the central locking of doors, had intermittent issues with Keyless Go and driver and passenger side doors lock actuators not performing. Dropped the car in with Todd, the Assistant Service Manager on July 15th, got a loaner car and although the process took a bit longer than I hoped for, but the end result was very satisfactory. Todd was excellent in communicating with me every step of the way. Called me regularly with updates. Worked out a very good price for the services on parts and labor. He will be my go to guy at this dealership.

Jake Tran was my service representative, and he was very thorough and professional. I wanted to have the control scroll wheel on my C250 check since it's not working, Instead of just taking my request and charge me for the assessment, Jake gave me the rundown cost of having the issue check and perhaps the additional cost to have it fix, if it's not that pertinent to my driving then I should hold off for now. I appreciated his honesty and manner.
I brought a used Mercedes Benz for trade-in yesterday in Mercedes Benz of Oakland, and I met Graeme , Parrinello, he was a very professional, polite and knowledgeable gentleman. He knows exactly what I wanted to trade. And he got me approved within 30 minutes, every quick and responsive! I successfully trade in with the 2014 E class which I found it very satisfied.
Not only that, he also gave me some free gifts! Since the 2014 isn't ready until next week, he got me a brand new E class as loaner. I really like this guy!!

Sales consultant Marvin Siquig is the key to our great shopping turned to buying experience at M Benz of Stevens Creek. Marvin's knowledge about each model and every car on the lot is impressive. He educated us and not a moment that he tried to push to sell anything. He is very patient and gave us more that we expected. Driving 90 miles from north bay was quite worth our experience. This place and Mr Siquig are both highly recommended!

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
