My review rating is based on the final outcome of the buying process. I can provide all the details about the process but that would not be relevant to most buyers here. The bottom line is that there were some issues with the car like the leaking front tire & some detailing issues. This should not have happened to a CPO but after a few phone calls to the sales manager and speaking to the GM of the branch, all those issues were fixed. They even helped with additional stuff like nav updates and engine software fix which is not part of the CPO process.
Overall, we are very happy with our car and quite impressed with the post-sale experience at this dealership.

I returned here recently in search of a car. Kevin communicated with me via email and we worked out numbers that way which was a dream come true. Instead of the pushy dealership tactics of normal he was very frank and accommodating in helping me reach a deal. We drove in at about 5pm of a Friday and drove out with a nicely polished and waxed car in one hour. The buying process was so quick and not aggressive since they don't push all those extras on to the buyer. Even my wife was shocked at how quick everything went. They even filled up the tank before we left which was an extra special touch we weren't expecting. Will definitely be back!
I will definitely do business again with MB of Walnut Creek. I was in a market to purchase a new vehicle and looked their inventory online. I was contacted by their internet specialist who made my selection a breeze! I emailed her my preference and price range and she found the car that fits all category. Financing was easy - I emailed my guidelines and was pre-approved and scheduled a test drive same day! My sales rep and everyone at the sale floor was nice and courteous. I came out of there with the car I wanted, with the payment terms (including extended warranties, etc) within my budget and the car was impecable! You cant beat MB quality of product and service. We recently had the pleasure of working with Trey Onkst at Mercedes Benz. Although Trey had only recently transferred to this dealership, his facility with the product, his approach, his patience with us as we made our buying decision was just top notch. He even came and picked up our vehicle at our house to take care of a small scratch that occurred on delivery and brought the vehicle back to us. I went in to get my Service A completed for my GLC. The service advisor Don was great! My only complaint was the chat service. I made my appointment through the chat service and also requested a quote for the Service A. The chat representative quoted me $260 but when I asked the person over the counter, it was over $300. The representative at the register informed me the chat representative should not be quoting the fees for services as they are not an employee of the dealership. Hopefully, they get this taken care of soon because that can be misleading.
This review is for the periodic maintenance with my advisor, Jimmy Ho. Jimmy's team's great. Jimmy has been my go to advisor for the last few 10,000 maintenance services and I will continue to bring my car to him for service in the future. Everything was done on time and I feel that my car runs much smoother after it's been serviced. The shuttle service for drop-off and pick-up is definitely an added benefit. Drivers are polite and the cars are clean.

This is a great no non-sense dealership. Recently purchased a loaded Mini Cooper S for my wife from Horatio at Select Motors. I found the vehicle posted online along with several other Mini Cooper's he had in stock. I called the dealership before heading through traffic and they let me know that they show by appointment. They asked me to come by a couple hours later which was perfect for me anyway. I showed up to my appointment and I have to say that every one of the cars at this dealership is immaculate.
These guys were straight up and knew their inventory and no xxxxxxxx. If you prefer a warm fuzzy salesman that wastes a bunch of your time, I'd go somewhere else. If you want a place to shoot it to you straight, price their cars below market(for options and packages their cars include), and get through the car buying process super quick...then this is your place. Did I mention the quality of their cars? Every single car I looked at appeared as if it was brand new. I was able to buy a fully loaded Mini Cooper S with NAV, a backup camera, parking sensors, Harmon/Kardon sound, heads-up display, etc. for about $12k less than buying a brand new one. The car I purchased is barely broken-in and still has a new car smell.
