I am new to The Villages, so I was unaware of Bill Bryan Subaru service center‘s excellent reputation. Several weeks ago, I was at an early morning medical appointment in Orlando and came out to my car to find my 5 year old battery dead as a door nail. I was able to get a “jump,” but I was very shaky about heading home and perhaps not being able to start my car later in the day. From Orlando, I randomly looked up Subaru dealers near TV. I called Bill Bryan Subaru service at about 8:30 in the morning...probably every service departments busiest time...and a very nice scheduler realized my panic and said “bring it on in”. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by Alejandro Rosar. Not only did he have a new battery installed, he also had an oil change, much needed, added on to the service. The technician also performed a wonderful multi-point inspection. Alejandro went over that report with me and, I have to say, his attention and the new battery, the oil change, and the inspection gave me a very satisfied and secure feeling about my car. AND on top of all that, the service department gave my car the BEST wash my car has ever had! I highly recommend Bill Bryan Subaru Service Center and Alejandro and I will return.

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. Largest small car I’ve driven and great car for today’s times. Small enough to save money with today’s fuel prices yet big enough to carry everything needed to travel with family.

Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

I was there about 4 hours total, they gave me a fair trade value for my ca. I was upside-down in the loan, but they found a way to make the deal happen. The staff I dealt with was kind and empathetic to my situation. I appreciate real people.

I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

This my second Cooper S Countryman ALL4. My first I had for only two months, a 2013. I was T-boned in an intersection by a BMW X2 Hit with such force that both vehicles were non repairable. I walked away from what could have been a disaster. I absolutely love my 2017 Countryman S it is yards above the 2013 in every category. I am perplexed about the lack of satellite radio and other electronic features but I still love this car. Great build quality and styling for the used price of a 4 year old Hyundai or Kia. I'm glad I purchased again.

Love the Mini Cooper S convertible. It drives live a bullet and is heavy as a tank. The styling is so elegant. Most fun car I’ve ever owned.

Meeting the person I had been in contact with was the toughest part. I let them know when I have them a 2 hr advance notice of when I was coming but they were out on a lunch run. Then I just stood at the doorway by the receptionist waiting for someone to find me that they had paged. I finally tracked them down. Then, we walked away not knowing our financing details such as locked in rate and who our loan was with. After 2.5 weeks and 4 tries calling I finally got the information. Staff was friendly and quick. Facility was clean and inviting to customers.

This is my third MINI and I’m more than happy with it. The quirky design, the exceptional performance and the premium feel in a small package make this an exceptional brand to own and be a part of.

We bought a used 2020 Cooper S convertible in December 2022 with only 6,000 mile on the odometer. It is a blast to drive! Don't plan on taking passengers unless they are very small children or pets. Looking forward to warmer weather and many cruises although we did put the top down and took a spin in it on Christmas day.

This car is really sharp, well designed, quicker than expected, plenty of passenger room, even fits our child car seat, comfortable seating position, drives really sporty and smooth

I purchased my 2011 MINI clubman base at 64xxx miles, and it now has close to 100k. In that time, I have replaced the clutch and the battery. Regular maintenance has been done as well. I absolutely love my MINI, they have so much character; like each one is different. It has been a very reliable car despite it being German engineering. The base model has a bit of trouble at high altitudes getting up steep hills so I definitely recommend the 6 speed manual, plus the S inevitably will have more problems than the base. I have driven it to the ski hill countless times and with the right tires, it did just fine even in white outs. I have gotten countless comments on how spacious the clubman actually is for a MINI, even the back seats! The suspension is pretty stiff, hence its amazing cornering capabilities, though when you hit a Colorado pot hole, it feels like you broke something; either in the car or yourself. but it rolls on! If I wasn't an avid camper and road tripper, I would always keep a MINI in my driveway. In fact once I'm in a position to own two cars, the second will definitely be another MINI; perhaps a new clubman. THE MPG is nothing short of amazing as well.

I just purchased my third SUV (24 Tahoe Z71, preceded by two Yukons) from Starling. The level of customer service, selection, price, are simply best in class. I acquired a Mini Countryman S, and it is a really fun vehicle! It has an engine and styling by engineering partner BMW, a Japanese transmission, and is assembled in the Netherlands. Here comes the BUT....be sure to at least be in the S (sport) level. The standard vehicle just does not produce the power that this larger and heavier vehicle needs. Also. be aware that this vehicle has a double clutch. Be sure you understand what that is before investing in this type of car. I personally wanted a car with personality that I would not see a million clones of on the road, such as the ubiquitous Nissan Rogue. There are some quirks I could do without, like the goofy accent lighting and counter intuitive door handles and hard to get used to gear stick. But there are attractive trim level upgrades that make this a fantastic vehicle, as well as some standard features...like the panoramic sunroof and roof rails. I suggest the sport seats, the power lift boot gate, the JCW steering wheel and Mini Connect. The Premium package is a great choice. I don't personally care for the ALL4 (4 wheel drive), as it's a 3k upgrade that I didn't find worth the extra money when driving an ALL4. My vehicle has the extremely fun paddle shifters, combine it with Sport Mode, and this car is the epitome of a total blast! Reliability you say? I was worried about that too, as like many car brands MINI is notorious. Well, they are changing perceptions. Routine Maintenance is included, paired with a decent warranty and the option to buy additional mechanical coverage...not a bad deal for 22 bucks a month for extended mechanical protection. I was seeking a smaller, stylish, zippy, sporty SUV with luxury finishes....and MINI fits that bill. Give MINI a try if you've never driven one!

I think it is a great vehicle! I believe it will serve us well in the years to come. I will be driving 30 miles one way each day and needed a trust worthy vehicle. This is our second Mini and they have been just what we need!

My husband really likes this dealership. I bought my dream car from here a few months ago and it ended up in an accident and it was totaled. I was waiting for my insurance stuff to clear to start searching for another car. I wanted or decided I would get another Camry instead but as we were driving to the dealership we ended up at Audi South. I wasn't happy why here I don't want another Audi. He said we could just look around and decide. So we searched high and low and all the cars he wanted to test drive were being sold. Is this a sign I asked myself! So we went to test drive an Audi A4 he wanted it but I wasn't feeling it. We were just about to head back inside and BAM I saw theeee car. I got in the passenger seat and knew right then this was the ONE!! We drove it and got back and I said this is the ONE that I want. We went inside to start the paperwork and within the hour we were on our way home with my new ride! The process was a breeze. I think that night or the next day I had all my paperwork in an email followed up with an email asking about my experience. WE will definitely be back! I thought this car would be too small, but the interior is surprisingly roomy. The feel of it is great. The whistles and bells are wonderful and it fits great in my garage! Only had it a few days, but loving it.
