they were ready for me shortly after I arrived, and the gentleman that works the service entry overhang was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Cost of service appeared to be well worth the effort put into it. When car was done with service they vacuumed the inside of my car "I have been meaning to for months". Very Pleasant Experience.
I went in to look at my car I told them the price I wanted to pay and the finance terms and the amount per month and they matched it exactly. Christine is very easy and friendly to work with have bought two cars from her now.
Jonathan and his manager, Carrie were very patient as we determined whether to have me trade up to a 2018 Canyon to replace my 2015 Canyon All-Terrain or to trade my wife’s Nissan on a 2018 GMC Terrain. Sam Scott was absolutely amazing. He was on top of things and went over and above what he needed to do to help us get into our new car. An Acadia Denali. The manager couldn't careless, did not introduce himself, did not make himself known, and if I wolked around today couldn't tell who he was. Terrible costume service other than 'Sam Scott' the sales person. Personable, friendly, willing to listen and help.
My wife and I had a great experience at Don Mealey Sport Subaru. Our Product Specialist was Bob Green, and he was helpful, considerate, and genuinely interested in making sure our experience was the best it could possibly be. We were able to trade-in our current Subaru and upgrade to the exact new model we wanted. The process was easy, and it felt like we were being taken care of. We will be going back here for future purchases and all service on this Subaru, and future Subarus.
I cannot say enough how much I loved that from my first inquiry email through the end of my process, I was dealing with a single stellar employee. I was just killing time waiting on my wife, and decided to compare the Subaru Ascent to the Highlander and Robert answered all my questions and did such a good job , I took one home with me. Robert used the 4 cylinder turbo's power and economy to push me over the top..

I???ve been looking for over 2 months now for a car. Every dealership and person I dealt with prior made it pretty impossible to find what I want along with a good price. It took no time at all with Wes, he helped me find exactly what I was looking for all around! The dealership as a whole was great and they really helped me out with buying a car fully on my own for the first time. Would recommend Wes to anyone!
Efficient, Patient,Honest, Dedicated, and Respectable. That's what I can say for my experience with Don Mealey Sport Subaru dealership. My sales representative Alex Tamer , and his sales manager: Edwin Cotto as well as the finance manager: Jonathan Frisby treated me well and answered all of my questions without the BS. They guided me into making the correct purchase from the vehicles in their inventory without uncomfortable pressure, and dealt with me every single time I went into the dealership (took me 3 tries before I took a deal, and I saw four different vendors independently as part of the selection pool). They were very encouraging and understanding as I inspected every single inch of the vehicle I purchased, and very reasonable for getting me to the best deal. I would highly recommend this dealer and these points of contact. I am now the proud owner of a brand new 2019 WRX and I would happily do business with these gentlemen again.
