Bought a 2022 Honda Civic Sport for my nephew. It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. My nephew totaled his 2020 Hyundai Kona and said he’d like a Honda Civic. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Agee who couldn’t be more helpful or nice along with his manager Shelly. Rob has been with this dealership since 2009 and Shelly for 32 years. I own a funeral home and have purchased numerous cars through the years and never have I had this level of service. Lockhart Cadillac needs to take note. I let them know that I wanted to purchase a car for my nephews Christmas present. When we picked up the car, they had it in the show room with a big green bow on it. Made my nephew feel important and really rolled out the red carpet for us. They are first class people who know their product. In all the years I’ve bought Cadillacs, I rarely find the same salesperson when I go back. Ed Martin must take care of their people as Rob and Shelly both have many years at this dealership. I bought a 2015 OS ES 4wd brand new. Once we had our second child in 2022 we outgrew it. My mom now drives it… it has 180k on it and we literally have NEVER had to do anything more than routine maintenance. We live in MN and this thing rips through the snow. The 4wd is far superior in the snow compared to awd. I bought a 2017 outlander to replace my 2015 Outlander Sport. It also has the 2.4L engine which is why I wanted it. It’s not as fancy on the interior as some vehicles but Anyone that actually drives one of these will tell you how reliable they are. We have a family and live in a suburb so the most important features for us are reliability, safety, fuel economy, and affordability which Mitsubishi hits all the marks!

I have never walked into a dealership that had so many enthusiastic people. We were blessed to have Roberto as are sales person who constantly was smiling and making sure we were comfortable. We told Riberto exactly what we were looking for and our price range. He didnt waste our time or his. He got us exactly what we wanted and while we waited for Sam to work his magic Roberto made sure that we were comfortable. Sam came abd introduced himself told us he would get us the best deal possible. Sam did just that. He negotiated for us and got us just what we wanted. Of course we can't leave Will out he got us in abd out of financing as quickly as possible. We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.

Already had this car for 3 years and still loving it.Remains modern with all it’s add ons…not jealous at all of all those expensive similar models…this has it all for a whole lot less…thank you

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

So my experience with us auto was awesome.. when I walked in I felt like family.. mark is a jokester with a great aditude but also very professional. He got me in at noon test drive and did all paper work I was in and out.. I wouldn't consider mark a salesman I made a new friend.. if I'm in the are I definitely will stop in with a 6 pack of beer and hang out for a bit.. Mark when I got home my wife was jumping clapping her hands and I thank you for that. You made it happen.. highly recommend to anybody.. I bought the car with 90,000 on the odometer. The car, when got on it hard, would start hesitating, and struggle to accelerate. The CVT transmission is defiantly a critter to get used to. The biggest negative thing I found about the car is that it noisy on the interstate. A lot of road noise in the cab to the point I have to turn the radio way up! After repairing the hesitation issue, and ignoring the CVT quirks, the car is very reliable.

Absolutely love my Mitsubishi Outlander SE. Beautiful Dimond Red and black leather Interior great ride S Active AWD The only down is the lack of horsepower but I didn't buy for a race car but for the warranty and dependability.

I recently called about an "As Is" vehicle I noticed in Autotrader...just a $5,500 car. I was assigned a salesman....Joe Warfield. We went on a test drive...I decided to make the purchase. Joe was thorough in the process...which it is a process...unlike stopping into Xavier's Fine Used Cars and throwing down cash, then out the door in 30 mins.....it's the same as if buying a $200,000 Corvette. I was pressed for time, and Joe and Trevor were very accomodating. Just be advised.....You will need a few hours from your day to make a purchase at any large dealership. I was purchasing for a family member, but the family member was not present.....that creates another problem for the buyer.....you can't just put a registration into someone else's name....now I have that to deal with also 30 days later.....not the end of the world. Joe Warfield will get you going down the road as soon as possible. If I was a GM person, I would buy from them again. It was a pleasant experience overall. Go see Joe Warfield!

Very happy overall. Looks great and performs excellently. I do think the 3rd row seat is a joke and would rather have the space for storage or a spare tire. Suitable only for a child.

Dropped off my 2018 Sonata cause the check engine light came on. A few days later got a text saying i needed a Engine Wire Harness + other items but totaling over 4k$. So i call to see if it was under warranty. They call the warranty people and say they will get back to me on Friday 1/19/2024. Friday they call and let me know car is ready to be picked up. I only paid 100+$ for oil change works package. Turns out the tech mixed up cars can you believe it? Just happy i dont got to pay a fortune to have it fixed.

Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

Im in the process of buying a car from here. The prices are alright, and hopefully it’s a good experience as it has been so far. Will update if this changed

Bought my 2021 Rogue platinum from Cayden. He definitely helped me pick out the right kind of car I was looking for in a Vehicle. It’s really to bad that I could only give him a 5 star rating. He honestly deserves a 100% rating. He was AWESOME!!!!

Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.

We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.
