My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Originally purchased because I had a 03' 350z I had to get rid of, the design of the Altima Coupe reminded me of it. Handled well in the typical North East weather, rain and snow were no problem. Had 0 mechanical issues with the car in the 6 years owned. The interior itself isn't anything spectacular but sufficient. Comfortable, able to drive 350mi trips back and forth without causing fatigue/discomfort. If given the chance I'd own another without question.

This past Sunday the 22nd I visited Elder Ford looking for a good deal for my dream car. I was very lucky to be served by Eddie Burke who is one of the sales associate. I was on an errand in Clearwater when a service light appeared on my dashboard, one I'd never seen before. I looked it up in the service manual, and it was a serious one. I'm new to this area, hadn't had my Prius serviced locally yet, so I was at the mercy of whichever dealership could take me first. I called two, but when connected to the service departments, I only got voice mail. My third call was to Auto Nation Toyota; I explained my situation and was put through to John Curtis. He listened to me (and the near-panic in my voice), and calmly told me that the car would be OK to be driven as far as their location, and assured me that they'd take immediate and good care of me. Which is exactly what transpired. John is a professional, easy going, and "knows his stuff." He gave me the information I needed to know, in a manner that a person who is not automotive knowledgeable could comprehend. I sincerely recommend John as a "go to guy" for your car's needs. Not only that, but for the first time in my driving life (and I'm no spring chicken), not only does this dealership offer you a ride home, but a ride back to pick up your car as well! That, to me, was amazing! Both drivers were personable and the cars immaculately clean, without any nasty, perfumey coverup smells (which I'm allergic to). My '08 Prius and I are very happy with the experience and service rendered.

2013 Nissan Altima 2.5 S puredrive. I do not like the interior seat cloths. Everything and anything sticks to it. Other than that, this car has not let me down. I bought it 3 1/2 years ago and I've never had a problem with it at all. Other than breaks, tires , a battery and wipers. It now has 141k miles on it and it runs like a champ. After hearing about CVT transmissions I'm getting a little worried it might go out after putting all the miles on it, but so it's been a great car!!!

2013 NISSAN ALTIMA 2.5S COUPE: Good daily driver, and quite fun. A practical good looking coupe. Not too small and can sit 2 in the back if they are about 5'5". Fold down split rear seats add a bit more trunk space. Very smooth engine and CVT transmission. Added a cold air intake and wider performance radials....and makes a bit of difference in pick up along with a mild growl....and definitely in handling. Good value. Not fast with only 175 hp but still fun to drive.

I found a Jeep Liberty on the internet, I called the number and it was Regal Auto in Lakeland Florida about 80 miles from where I lived in South Sebring Florida. The internet sales associate was named Troy, Troy is the reason I drove 80 miles to see the car he was very helpful and called me a couple of times to see if I was still interested. When I got to Lakeland Troy met me and introduce me to Johann the sales associate on the lot. I was not crazy about the car I initially went to Lakeland to see... I was very disappointed, Yohann took off on foot looking through the lot (I was looking for a car $5,000 or less in their wholesale lot) Johann motioned for me to come over to look at a car four lanes away.(another Jeep Liberty) ! we took a test drive I even checked out the four-wheel-drive, everything was great so I wound up buying the car, a 2005 Jeep Liberty 4x4. Everyone at Regal especially Johann we're great... They treated me as if I was as important as someone buying a $30,000 car! They actually did not want me to take the car until the following day because they wanted to detail it and check it to make sure it was a good car since it was in the wholesale lot. I am a 69 year old guy on Social Security ....they treated me like royalty! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT REGAL LAKELAND. Jeff Clarke

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

I Wish I Had Bought This As My First Car!

This car is everything needed for a small family, husband and wife, or a single person. The back seating has PLENTY of leg room and is perfect of multiple small dogs or even two to three large dogs. The bluetooth is perfect because you don't even have to have an aux cord for your music to play. It even reads your text aloud when you're driving if you choose to. The back up cam is very handy as well as the tire pressure display. And say you get a low tire and go to air it up, THE CAR HONKS AT YOU WHEN IT'S FULL AND AT THE CORRECT PRESSURE!! That is a huge bonus for me. Even the trunk has plenty of room. The style is just right for someone who's not looking for flashy but also wants to get compliments on their vehicle. All in All, this is a great car!!

I use to own a 2003 Nissan Altima and loved it! So When I purchased the 2012 2.5s I thought it be just like my old one. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Just recently I was told my torque converter needed to be replaced which would require the entire transmission to be replaced at a cost of 3800 at the dealership. We have looked around and the cheapest we could find is 2300. We also need new mounter mounts, new hoses for the powe steering. This is not what I would have expected....not a new transmission. But in doing a little research we found out these transmissions known as cvts have had issues and even lawsuits against Nissan. So be aware and put transmission fluid in every 24,000 miles

Overall a good purchase experience. Tim was patient and provided all documents I requested. Everyone was polite and not pushy. I contacted the dealer the next day to ask about a spare key because I purchased late at night and everyone was ready to go. I feared that I may have forgotten to ask for it or the team forgot to provide it. After making contact I was told I would get an answer and I have not received an update on the spare key. The car was purchased with just one key. I would appreciate an update on availability of a spare key (858-361-0647)

My daughter found this awesome little Dune Beetle on Carfax. We took a chance and drove 2 hours to see and it was love at first sight. Great price, accessories, color, and sunroof. Mario let us test drive and after that, decision made. We bought it Friday night about 8:30 and the dealership and crew stayed open for us to complete the sale. She drove it home and I likely will never get the chance to drive it!!! I'm okay with that! 😎

Nissan Altima is a good car, relaiable being Japanese brand but still little expensive for this much level of comfort and design. Over all its a good option to own for long term use.

We drove two hours from the East coast with our truck and travel trailer as trade, after working with the internet department, to purchase our new Traverse. I was blown away. Ferman has totally upset the car buying experience. When we set out to buy this car, based on previous car buying experiences at other dealers, I meant it when I said I'd rather have another root canal or prep for another colonoscopy than have to deal with a car dealer. They gave us a trade-in value on our truck and trailer before we came from photos and VIN numbers, and offered the price for the Traverse that was advertised on the internet. Even adding back the dealer prep fee, they sold the car for $1411 below invoice. We had done our research, and frankly, I had no information with which to argue the price. They also offered us $3500 more than our local dealer (where we did the traditional four hours with the salesman negotiating price - too long to tell what went wrong there, but we left very unhappy.) When we arrived for our appointment, Nate was waiting for us with the car. He was extraordinarily friendly and a pleasure to deal with. But my wife and I continued to wait for the catch. Are they going to say we don't qualify for one of their incentives? Are they going to argue that the inspection uncovered something with the trade-in? Were they going to sign us up for an usurious interest rate with their preferred lender? We remained skeptical until we were done with the finance officer (and got a lower interest rate than our own bank said was available!) We saved over $5000 from what our local dealer offered. I never thought I would say this about ANY car dealer, but not just recommended, but HIGHLY recommended! Ferman demonstrated what the car buying experience CAN be. The only thing Ferman retains from the traditional dealer industry that gives them a crooked reputation is the dealer prep fee. But as I said, I added that back to their price when comparing against invoice. This is really the only negative thing I could come up with. Oh yeah....the family LOVES the car.

I’m so in love with this car we bought it used still under warranty it’s great on gas the ride is awesome and it never gave any trouble yet sound system is awesome car is over all a pleasure to drive will be buying another Altima soon
