I have been taking my Hondas (wife and I both have one) to Muller Honda of Gurnee since it was Rosen Honda back in the late 1990's. They always provide great service. Even when I would bring in my wifes old 1995 Civic with 250k miles, they always treated me well and I never felt looked down upon because " It's that guy again with the really old car". They were always very professional in evaluating my newer Honda or my wifes really old one and offering practical repairs. Meaning, I didn't experience a bunch of up-selling to fix problems with my 1995 civic that did have a few leaks and such but would not be worth dumping a ton of money into such an old car. My wife has a new 2018 Civic now and I am expecting the same great service I had in the past.

I am new to this process and it was quite straight forward. No games or tricks, just getting me in the right car at a price I could afford.
Incredible service from a smaller dealership! I was looking for a new-to-me car and saw a car I liked here at a great price. Al helped my husband and I and we were off with my new car in less than half an hour. Al was knowledgeable, concise with info, and friendly without being pushy at all! I will definitely be directing people here for used cars.
I was pleasantly surprised at the no sales pressure atmosphere; Al and Mike let me test drive the car multiple times without pressuring me to buy. When I decided to purchase the car, the paper work was done quickly and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would purchase from them again and recommend Gateway to others.
This was my first experience buying my own car so I was not the most familiar with the whole process. Al was very understanding of this and patient throughout the entire purchase. Overall very pleased with the whole experience and I love my new car!
sales person was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and demonstrated the basic features to get us started. he made sure the car was ready on schedule. the paperwork was necessary but tedious. cathy took the time to explain fully what was required and let us take breaks as needed.
Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.
Great customer and maintenance service. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable from all the questions I asked related to service. I was expecting to pay around $45 for oil change, filter and extras but got it done for half the price.
We went to look at a used truck here. The sales person introduced himself almost immediately and began asking questions to help us find what we were looking for. Already had a truck in mind based off the website. We went for a test drive and he was very helpful with all of our questions. The manager and sales rep spoke with us after the test drive and were more than willing to work with us. I did not have that good gut feeling about the vehicle and they were definitely understanding. While we did not purchase the truck, it was a great experience regardless. I cannot rate them on service. The facility was nice but seemed a little crowded and not personal (deals made at open tables with many other people around).
I was sitting at a salesperson desk (while she was getting some information)and I looked around and thought "I shoulda brought a guy"Now I'm not blaming guys but it's like an unspoken truth that guys get better deals than women,especially by herself.
The Nissan team was outstanding. They answered every question I had. They worked with me though out the whole processes. As a first time new car buyer it was scary but they made you feel comfortable!! David (sales) and the GM and Adam of the finance dept. All did a fantastic job thank you guys so much.
