Just bought used Toyota Camry from Cowles Nissan. The salesman name Rusty was very honest professional answering every question we had just the best salesman I had ever encountered. He has many years of experience. He didn’t pressure us to buy the car. He was very patient with us and very knowledgeable of the cars and everything we were asking. Of the over new 30 car purchases I've made, this was in the top 2 (6 with another Nissan dealer who could not even come close to the deal they put together - so much for the theory of loyalty). We were in the area and stopped to see their inventory, and talked to them for kicks and giggles.... They were awesome! They listened and were understanding of the deal we needed and they did everything possible to make that happen. Actually this Rogue was for my daughter, who made the deal, and I was totally impressed in the way they worked with her and the respect and understanding they exhibited.

After recently moving to Virginia, I was looking for a new/used car. CarNova Stafford came to my rescue in more ways than one! I leased Chevy Traverse in 2017 from this dealership when it was Manassas Chevrolet and had a bad experience. This time wanted to buy a Cruze. Every step went without any issue. Sales Associate Carlos was very professional and nice. Austin in finance answered all my concerns and was very professional. It was overall very good experience.
My service rep Ken is the ultimate professional when it comes to customer service. I've serviced my car at browns for the last 2 yrs. Not once have i had any problems with service. I mean that 100% i am truly a satisfied customer. I brought my car there 2 yrs ago, and when i get 300,000 mileage on this one, I'll buy another from here. Completely satisfied!!!
the seller was ok in some points but in other he wasn't honest,I was interested in two cars to chose the one that fit better my needs and only one was fixed in 2 or 3 days the other look have a more serious problem and the answer from the salesman to me was that car was already sold a phone customer buy by phone and was already sold and not available anymore and at the same day the car was still for sale on cars.com and I call the next day and check the several days and the cars was still for sale ,so this situation make feel bad about the integrity of the seller or the dealer.this is a bad reputation for the dealer for my person
I was looking for a Toyota RAV4 & found one online @ Car Gurus. I drove a hr to see the vehicle, from GB Md to Waldorf Md. My salesman was Daryl, He was great. Very friendly, also was the Finance Manager. Everyone was very helpful. I ended up buying the RAV4. I love it. I’ve had my original car (Toyota Camry) for 22yrs. I kept it , I couldn’t bare to trade it in. But again they were so nice , they detailed my Rav4 & filled up the tank. It was worth the drive.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)

After our incident on 11/28/2018. The dealership contacted me and offered to make things right. They apologized for what was an accident. I understand this and continued to do business with them by purchasing a truck. I would like to thank them for giving the extra mile and doing the customer right. I would do business with them again.
